We've been using this app for almost a year now. Our Rep Tyler is really helpful and always willing to get on a call with us to work out our development ideas. The app works as designed and they have been great about making it fit our VERY customized setup. Would recommend!
We've been using the app for a long time, but I can easily say the customer service is A1. Less than 24 hours (8 to 12 hours) to be answered and you feel they really want to help and make it simple for you.
Quite simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Installed the app, my customers could not checkout - I am using a premium theme, and there was no error to say that their app and my theme would not work... We installed the code they asked us to install, still didn't work - then told us that they could not longer help! F*cking useless! Has so much potential..
Customer service during set-up was quick and effective. Prefer this app above others in the app store.

Alicia was so helpful when I needed some guidance around adding subscription products - she gave me instructions and support, and extra tips to help me out - cheers!
We had to run a bulk update through ReCharge which usually takes several business days. I explained to the team that our issue was a bit time sensitive and we needed the update done on a specific date -- they were very responsive and were able to accomodate my request! Matt and Nevena were in particular very helpful.
The app always works fine. Support is always in real-time, very professional and result focused. Very fair in pricing and accommodative. Special thx to Gordon
Jaden was one of the best customer service agents that I have ever experienced and not j witusth Recharge. He asked questions then sent a screen shot so I was educted on how to help customers going forward and then he went above and beyond by looking at my charge errors to see if there was anything else he could help with. I hit the jackpot with him. Thanks again Jaden!!
App works great (though I don't like having to dig inside the apps every time to get it, wish it was connected to shopify in a more user friendly way. also having to duplicate products is kinda weird visually). but all in all been very satisfied and a huge upgrade from what we were doing on woocommerce. And, had a support issue that Ronnie nailed! Thank you!
ReCharge is probably the most essential part of our business. The customer service is amazing, very quick and super helpful. Tigist specifically was very very helpful!

Every time I have needed help, they have really made sure to address the issue and provide excellent support. Vuk really helped a lot with one of the issues we were having with our workflows, but Vuk made sure to resolve the issue.

We've used this app for several years now. Been perfect for subscriptions and over time they have improved the functionality. Their support is also superb. Would recommend to any Shopify store looking to set up subscriptions.
Customer service is great and quickly responds. The app wasn't rendering due to an error on my end and Brandon was happy to jump in and troubleshoot for me.
