Great app with great customer service! Whenever you have a question, it only takes minutes to hours until they get back to you.
The support is fantastic and super quick. I've needed help several times, and their response time always amazes me. Very few companies offer this type of service.

So far it's working flawlessly for my coffee subscription company. What I love about the experience so far is that the online support I am receiving is good and thorough. For a newby like me, it's a somewhat complex install because it requires learning Shopify really well and making it work with ReCharge, with the help of support I was able to get it working right. I didn't have to wait long and they were great!
Recharge is pretty simple to use and has great customer service. I would recommend this app if you are looking for a good subscription option to your website.

We've been very happy with the stability of the subscription engine and particularly the support we've gotten from them. Lately when having to open a UK storefront due to Brexit we had the most amazing support even during the last two days before Christmas and long after office hours. I am very grateful for this level of concern for us as a customer.

The app is really useful to sell subscriptions & the customer service answers really quickly. On the less bright side, there is still quite a bit of bugs in the app and a lot more features to develop

I chatted with Irving and he did his special magic to process an order that I was having trouble with in Recharge. He even explained what had happened to cause the error, so it won't happen again. Now my customer is super happy and that makes me happy! :)
