I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the Juan one of the staff of Subscription Plus customer service team, and I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, their support was exceptional! Juan was incredibly responsive and addressed all my inquiries with professionalism and clarity. They went above and beyond to ensure my subscription was tailored to my needs and resolved any concerns I had promptly. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. It’s rare to find a company that prioritizes its customers the way Subscription Plus does. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a seamless and personalized subscription experience. Kenan was the service rep that helped me set everything up! And the set up made it so much easier to start using this app. I've been trying different options throughout this week and having to go back and forth between Youtube to set it all up. This was quick and easy.

The support team is quick to respond, and will pretty much do all of the set-up and troubleshooting for you. Works great.

After doing lots of research into subscription apps, I decided to install Subscription Plus for my store. So far, I am super impressed! The service from Shruti and Kunal has been outstanding – they have worked with me on calls and via email to fully customise the subscription widget to reflect my detailed requirements – fitting in with my brand design and Shopify theme. Thank you so much! I'm excited to get my store launched, and I expect this widget to be a core part of my sales growth strategy.

I did have some trouble setting up this subscription service, but the customer support person was more than able to help and resolve my issues. I love the fact that I can set this subscription service up as a one-time purchase as well - this allows customers to try one of my subscription kits without having to commit to a monthly subscription. I highly recommend this app!

This app has helped my niche business model come to life! I have a subscription based model to release new digital content each month and it was very hard for me to find budget friendly app that fit my needs. I am not technically savvy and the website development process is not my favorite. There are some things that I cannot do through my account that manually need to be tweaked with the development team. However, whenever I have a request, I meet with Bhavya and he is always extremely helpful and responsive! He listens to my requests follows up on the design changes immediately. He has helped make the website development process not as daunting. Thank you to the whole Subscription Plus Team for all you do!

O aplicativo é maravilhoso, fácil de usar tanto no back office como para o cliente. Um outro ponto maravilhoso é o atendimento em casos de problemoas. O chat funciona e os problemas são resolvidos rapidamente. Estão de parabens!

Heel goed geholpen door Juan, hij heeft goed doorgevraagd en het probleem gesignaleerd. Vervolgens heeft hij goede aanwijzingen gegeven waardoor ik het probleem verder kon oplossen!

Customer support is very helpful and there subscription system is as smooth as butter. It really is perfect for shopify would really recommend using it

Impressed by customer service level for a free app - especially Danin. But ended up uninstalling. Tried to setup a Prepaid annual subscription, which would allow customers to make a single payment for 12 monthly deliveries. As far as I could work out, the app only lets you create a re-occurring annual Prepaid subscription. Also noticed some differences in the app's performance across devices.
