I just started using this free app, and was blown away by the level of service I received. while not everything in the app was 100% as I expected, and despite an early hick-up with a somewhat less experienced support rep, they quickly jumped in to help, solved my challenges efficiently, communication was excellent, and I'm a happy customer now. With that kind of service, I'll be definitely checking out their paid apps to support them. Kudos!

Nitesh was so helpful and amazing! Not only did he solve my immediate issue, but he provided guidance on how I can handle similar situations directly. I am so grateful for his quick and excellent help!!!

Seems to do what I need it to. Chat response was effective - helped me find an issue during set up very quickly. Chat window was not displaying well at one point, but that's minor. Good addition to Shopify.

Great chat customer service they helped me with my widget and made sure it was how i wanted it
