We have been using Sufio for over two years, and for most of that time the invoice and credit export functionality worked smoothly. Recently, we began experiencing significant delays, with CSV export emails taking hours to arrive. Since then, Sufio has incorporated a new mechanism that has noticeably improved the process. Exports are now arriving much more promptly, and this has made a meaningful difference in keeping our workflow running efficiently. We appreciate the improvements and the continued support, as reliable performance is crucial for businesses like ours that depend on these functions every day.

Sufio solves all our complex invoicing needs. We had an extremely tight deadline to solve UK vat invoicing issues, and Lewis was very quick to understand our needs and delivered a custom solution in no time, so we made our deadline. Could not be more happy with a Shopify app than what I got with Sufio. Highly Highly recommend getting this if you have complex or even simple invoicing needs.

Es lohnt sich, Sufio zu nutzen. Die Designs lassen sich super einfach anpassen, man benötigt keine Vorerfahrung. App sehr benutzerfreundlich. Der Support hilft schnell und präzise. Und dahinter sitzt nicht nur ein KI Chatbot, sondern es hilft auch realer Mitarbeiter, wenn man es wünscht.

Hervorragender Support – ich bin wirklich beeindruckt! Ich schreibe nur selten Bewertungen, aber diese Erfahrung hat definitiv eine verdient. Lewis hat mir nicht nur geduldig (und mit Humor!) bei einem Problem geholfen, das letztlich auf ein kleines Versehen meinerseits zurückging – er hat sich außerdem die Zeit genommen, ein separates Problem mit Sonderzeichen zu untersuchen und tatsächlich eine Lösung dafür umgesetzt! So einen schnellen, menschlichen und wirklich hilfreichen Support findet man heute nur noch selten. Vielen Dank – ihr habt einen Fan gewonnen. Und zur App selbst: Sufio ist die fünfte Rechnungs-App, die ich getestet habe – und mit Abstand die intuitivste, benutzerfreundlichste und zugleich leistungsstärkste. Alles wirkt durchdacht, sicher und angenehm aufgeräumt. Der Einrichtungsprozess ist klar strukturiert, dabei aber flexibel und anpassbar. Es funktioniert einfach – automatisch dort, wo es soll, und anpassbar dort, wo es zählt. Man hat sofort das Gefühl, in guten Händen zu sein.
