A well designed app, easy to use and very reliable. The support was very quick and helpful when we had a small issue. Even better they added a customisation for us to help filter who automatically received a copy of their invoice. The responses were always quick and helpful.

Support team worked hard to get the right format for us. There is quick and easy editing of the design of the invoice and it works to send invoices automatically without our involvement. Perfect solution and well worth the subsription.

This app is exactly what I needed! Invoices to customers with itemised breakdowns of charges/taxes in a very professional and visually pleasing manner. Also, can't recommend the support higher! I wish we had the same business hours so the replies were faster, but that's just a limitation of time zones haha. Otherwise, brilliant service and I couldn't recommend higher!

Ich habe eine Alternative zum unzuverlässigen Rechnungs-Plugin einer Buchhaltungssoftware gesucht. Kernanforderung war die Angabe des Verkaufskanals (Web, Ebay etc...) ebenso wie das verwendete Zahlungsmittel auf der Rechnung. Ebenso ein Metafeld über den Artikelzustand, also A-Ware/Neuware, B-Ware etc. Die Anforderungen wurden durch das Sufio-Team ausgezeichnet und schnell umgesetzt. Auch die optischen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für die Standardvorlagen sind ausgezeichnet. Ich bleibe bei Sufio, wenngleich der Preis für mich als kleines Unternehmen aktuell noch etwas hoch ist :)

The support team was great at customising the app to have an invoice tick-box in the cart which meant only people who want an invoice get one - and we only get charged for the people to tick the box! Exactly what we wanted.

Brilliant app - the team are excellent and responsive. I have had them making numerous tweaks to my requests - creating different invoice templates depending on whether it is a retail or wholesale client. Nothing is too much trouble and I have found the app has resolved many other issues - I can now easily run my wholesale and retail business alongside without the need to work arounds. Highly recommend.

They really fantastic and fast at implementing customisations! I had an idea to sort products on the invoice as ascending by sku number to making packing orders for the dispatch team. This was not a current option they offered but it was implemented in a matter of hours! I highly recommend Sufio!

Does what it promises out of the box, with enough flexibility to adjust to your own needs when those arise. The team has been very helpful making both smaller and bigger adjustments based on our requirements, every time with great result. Definitely recommend!

A Lifesaver for our VAT Challenges – 10 Stars! As a B2B business owner, I can't express enough how much the Sufio app has saved the day for us on our Shopify platform. We were stuck in a VAT-related tangle, especially concerning reverse charging for Euro businesses.
