We are super excited and very happy with the service Sufio has given us. Our store doesn't need invoices for every order but only for the ones people ask us so Viktoriya helped us to create invoices for the orders we need. She even suggested to adjust our email templates to have a more personal approach to our customers. We will most definitely recommand Sufio to our colleagues and fellow entrepreneurs!

Sufio does what we need. It's beautiful and simple to use. The support ist friendly, helpful and quick. And they have already foe the extra mile for us by adding custom scripts to our account. Thank you for the great prodcut and support.

5 stars for the app and 5 stars for Sufio's extraordinary Support team! All questions are answered and resolved quickly: quick and target-orientated suggestions and implementations! + A great tool to support EU businesses selling to EU customers with EU VAT registration - to validate the VAT ID and calculate VAT accordingly. + The automated Invoicing is great - you can adjust the style and content of your Invoices, they are sent automa(t/g)ically. + There is an option to update Invoices if the Customer needs to add any information and resent the invoice directly from the app. + Option to export Invoices as .csv - to transfer data to your other ERP/CRM/bookkeeping tools! +++ We wanted to increase the UX using the EU VAT input form and Sufio adjusted the template of our Shop within some hours adding VAT ID validation and user messages! +++ We suggested making slight adjustments according to our local legislation to the Invoice template and export file = and Sufio team was very helpful. Best app for invoices!!! Also, customer support is great, they are very quick and helpful. If you have any kind of e-commerce this app is a must!

Sufio is a great app for having your invoices created. It is very functional and delivers everything necessary. What is outstanding is the support the team provided to help customize the app to our needs. I can't speak highly enough of the Sufio Support team – you won't be disappointed.

We had issues with our invoices going to spam and the developer explained how to fix that issue by adding our domain to the emails sent out to customers. Awesome assistance!

Amazing invoice application that helped our team (1) save time, (2) create professional invoices, and (3) keep track and accurately report VAT on invoices to our customers in the European Union. In addition to the functioning of the application, the form and design of the invoices cannot be understated. The professional and stylized invoices match our brand image and add a nice professional touch to one of the final touch points with our valued customers when an order is completed. We also had an initial meeting with the Sufio team during set up and they were extremely helpful at answering our questions and verifying the application had the features that we were looking for (specifically reporting VAT rates that vary across the European Union).

Dankzij Sufio kunnen mijn klanten indien gewenst onmiddellijk een btw-factuur krijgen bij hun bestelling. Dit spaart me veel tijd en haalt weer een drempel weg voor de klant. De customer service heeft me enorm geholpen met alles in dezelfde stijl als mijn webshop te zetten en de automatische vertalingen in orde te brengen, zodat mijn klanten gemakkelijk in hun eigen taal een factuur kunnen aanvragen. Grandiose App & Support. Wann auch immer man individuelle Anpassungen braucht wird sich sofort darum gekümmert. Antwortzeiten bei Problemen sind sehr schnell - ebenso wie die Lösung. Eine Sorge weniger im ECommerce ;)
