I've been using this app for 2 years now. Sometimes I get an error and the app is not working properly. Laura here was very attentive and responded to my email promptly. Overall I'm enjoying this app and will continue to use it. Highly recommened.

This app texts customers even when automations are turned off. It has been a recurring problem and nothing has been fixed. The only solution is to uninstall it. There are way better text marketing apps available with cheaper prices per text, don't jeopardize your customer relationships by using this.

I like the app to sent campaigns when I have new things opening. however I wish it was a pay one price per month for x amount of texts. It’s very expensive doing it per texts.

Didn't realise a Shopify update caused them to have to update their app. Reinstalled it and app is working perfectly as before. Good app for our needs .. texting customers about orders. Cheap sms prices for Ireland too. Many thanks for you prompt support !
