Can't recommend Yatpo Customer Service enough. I've chatted with them three... YES THREE TIMES.... and each time the service was better than the last. Everyone I spoke with was kind, knowledgable, efficient and persistent in helping to troubleshoot my issues. 11/10 recommend

We have had the pleasure of working closely with Yotpo to assist with our Community Experience. They have been absolutely wonderful with assisting us in all areas and concerns we have. Jeff Q is a superstar when required support, they jump straight in to help us with no fuss.

Charlie I. was very helpful in getting me set up in my store! I built out the rewards program and he was great in assisting me with embedding all the necessary code and even created a rewards page for me. Thank you Charlie!

John B replied quickly ! pro service ------------------------------------------------ John B helped us resolve all our issues. He always responds promptly and keeps us updated with the latest information. Most of the time, problems are solved during the online chat stage without the need to create tickets. We're truly grateful for his support and hope Yotpo treats him well. from Vincent

John B was friendly and helpful, 5 stars for customer service but 4 stars as he wasn't able to resolve the problem, I may have to contact them again if it doesn't resolve on its own.
