Working with the Yotpo representative was a great experience. They were accommodating and patient throughout the entire process. We had a coding issue that they could resolve quickly and accurately. Not only did they fix our problem, but they also took the time to educate us on code embedding practices - something we appreciated. They were indeed a pleasure to work with!

This is a great app with excellent and prompt customer support. There was an issue with the conversion rate between Japanese yen and points, which resulted in some customers receiving the wrong amount of points, but the support team quickly resolved the problem, which was a huge help. The app offers a balanced solution for beginner shops as it allows for basic functionality with the free plan.

After six months, I strongly do not recommend Yotpo. It's a subpar product that is clunky and all over the place. Their admin interface is mismatched and terrible. It's waaay overpriced. Their outside marketing looks good, but once under the hood, you'll regret it.

This app is fairly easy to implement and tweak. When I did run into a little issue they were able to fix me up in just a couple of minutes, pointing me in the right direction. Thank you.

I am still getting started with the app, but the technical support has been EXCELLENT! They took me through all my questions and I feel I can ask for help as needed in a timely manner.

APPs keeps showing "we could not redeem your points" after paid for $199. The customer service is good, but the technical support is really terrible. Such a serious problem has not been resolved for a week.

The app does what you want, it is clear and clean! I had trouble adding the code into my Shopify store, I got helped in a few seconds, and Erwin John C helped me with super clear instructions. Problem got fixed in a 5min! Great customer service

Love their customer support! I have spoken to Rilu Jane and although I had to leave my computer for 5-10 mins, she stayed with me on the chat and assisted me further to resolve the problem. Also, the integration with Shopify is great! Especially the new Sticky Bar Placement option.

We had issues with landing page configuration and loved the support, and set-up that was able to be done by Eriwn John C via chat. Super simple, easy and took the hard work out of if on this end.

This morning the first thing I encountered on my shop was that I was not able to implement some features I needed. The functionality of Yotpo is brilliant but their customer service is even better. Zero waiting times, I've used them twice today and both team members (especially Leonard G) showed incredible knowledge, gave fantastic support and above all else, were very patient! I would highly recommend using Yopto, we have Reviews, SMS and Loyalty set up with them and have no interest in looking elsewhere.

Aldene most recently helped me with a number of tasks in one ticket. I have also had the pleasure of working with several different support agents that have been beyond helpful. Always so easy to get things done and the Yotpo products are also fairly easy to plug and play with. Very happy with the products and services!
