Very easy to use and easy to create segments and run different reports. Chat support, specifically Jose Carlo T, was very helpful in explaining different data points for me and created a segment for me tor return to to pull the information I was looking for.

Pretty easy to use - I am VERY bad at website technology and coding and all of that, so it's great that everything is pretty much set up and done for you and you can just go in and tweak it. Customer service has been helpful to my questions

Everytime I have an issue, they take care of it right away!! I recently had an issue and Rowell L was so easy to deal with and fixed my issue in no time at all!

Jovan solved my problem. There is tiny pop up in English, but It must be Japanese. He told me that it must be custom coding as Japanese. Thanks Jovan! and Gab and Lemuel helped me with updating customers points balance. Lemuel helped me about notifications!
