Yotpo: Loyalty Rewards Program

Jovan was extremely helpful. He was able to get to the bottom of an issue our customer was having quickly allowing us to retain the customers attention.

Stay away from this vendor, their customer Support simply doesn't exist or they are incompetent.

Everytime I have an issue, they take care of it right away!! I recently had an issue and Rowell L was so easy to deal with and fixed my issue in no time at all!

I have reached out to the team multiple times for help, and their agent's response to the chat was pretty fast. Their team makes me feel like my question is being well taken care of because the team is willing to spend time investigating the issue.

Our customers earn rewards points on shipping fees and taxes paid... not just their purchased item's total. This whole experience with Swell / Yotpo rewards has been a nightmare.

So far, I'm only on the setting up phase- haven't gone live. But the team has been very helpful- especially on my last chat Era P has been amazing answering all my questions. Looking forward to using this app!
