Yotpo and Angelo in specific have been amazing and a real pleasure to work with. They are always prompt in response and have helped me countless amounts of times with troubles I was running into. Great great company to work with.

The overall experience with the Yotpo app is great. Easy to use, and the dashboard is simple. I also want to shout out to Yotpo's customer service team. I have reached out to the team multiple times for help, and their agent's response to the chat was pretty fast. Their team makes me feel like my question is being well taken care of because the team is willing to spend time investigating the issue.

Our customers earn rewards points on shipping fees and taxes paid... not just their purchased item's total. This whole experience with Swell / Yotpo rewards has been a nightmare.

Under the General Settings tab, you're actually able to update your settings to not include shipping and taxes in the order total. If you'd like assistance updating this and/or more information about this setting, please refer back to your open case and our team can assist you in solving this issue.

So far, I'm only on the setting up phase- haven't gone live. But the team has been very helpful- especially on my last chat Era P has been amazing answering all my questions. Looking forward to using this app!

I had Josephine help me via chat...she was phenomenal. She took over and helped me achieve everything I needed to get my rewards program to perfection. I am so thankful for her help and guidance in all matters. She was so kind and really listened to what I was wanting. I highly recommend Yotpo for your rewards needs. Its such a wonderful program to use.

I like this app but I really want more integrations with Privy and affiliate programs. Hopefully, they will be introduced soon.

I had an issue with the referral code not pulling across to ReCharge correctly. Having contacted support, I was assigned Jerrah and he looked into the issue comprehensively. Sending back screenshots of his work and being on hand to answer any further queries until I was happy. Very pleased with the resolution and customer support.

I've been with Yotpo for the last 2-3 years and one thing that would make me never switch to their subscriptions and fill product suite is the lack of customer service. Of course everyone is using AI bots now, but their email reps have no sense of urgency in fixing tech issues (such as customers unable to claim their rewards). There is a serious tech issue going on where multiple customers are getting the "don't have enough points for that" message when they clearly have over enough points to claim the rewards they would like. And these are very loyal customers which has created a frustrating situation for customer service having to wait for customer service reps at Yotpo to get back to them. For this reason, we will more than likely transition to another rewards platform over the next few months.

App works great and every time I've used their chat function for support they have been very helpful. Shout out to Jiemer John :) Reymond from Support was just as helpful - every time I contact them they are very informed and polite!
