We use this app for quite a while now. We recently had some issues regarding the configuration and after a short reach out to the support the problem was easily dissolved by Fatima. Thanks a lot for the great support.
Horrible customer support and sales team. After playing with the free version, we think Yotpo offers an expensive but good product. I emailed to request a demo to understand the features and pricing for Platinum Plan to handle a higher order volume. However, Yotpo have not responded my email in a week after reaching out initially. I can't imagine working with a team that does not interact with their customers.
Fatima L was an amazing help with me! I has an issue in understanding the system and they went above and beyond to explain and then help me. Amazing customer service thank you!
Maria, was very quick and helpful. I am now able to present my rewards page in emails and on socials.
installed the free version & I couldn't get the help or support to setup properly - disappointing - Jerrah added CSS code to help display issue & are denying even though I have an email where he told me that he added the code!
fatima did a great job of assisting me with all of my questions, 10/10 customer service. the app itself though could use some updating like we should be able to edit the "create account" and Log in button to match our theme but instead its stays black and changing the size of the button "earn rewards" is kinda difficult to do
Customer service is amazing, especially Reymond C, I got very quick responses to my questions and was able to get our Loyalty and Rewards program set up with their help!
Chris B was really helpful thank you! it find a solution in less than 10 min and and stayed with us while we fixed and tested the issue.
Had some questions and Jerrah was very helpful with answering quickly and walking me through some confusion I had as well as how to set up some custom actions we're thinking of for our shop. Thanks again!

very happy with the app, had a little difficulties on putting the rewards-page on the website, but thanks to the support of chris via chat, it was fixed in no time ! now active and very curious how the loyalty-rewards will please the clients :-)

Absolute joke for customer support. No detailed documentation and no willingness to even read the emails. 48-72 hours for any response and it is usually a copy-paste from a script that is irrelevant to the question. Their pricing is way too high compared to way better options out there, they just hide it at mid-level points of other apps. Had so much hope but alas...
The app has been great to use! What's better is the customer support - Ritchie M is a rockstar and has been so helpful anytime I've had questions! Would definitely recommend using this for your rewards program.
Nice app. Robust performance dashboards. I had a question about a reporting function. Customer chat was quick and engaged. Jiemer was helpful. The exact function I asked for wasn't available however Jiemer helped point me towards another feature that also addressed my question.

I received the best support I've ever received from any company thanks to Ritchie M. I've never used the chat widget for complex questions but Ritchie could handle everything I asked and to top it off, I learnt so much that I'm definitely keeping L&R in my tech stack. Huge asset to Yotpo, well done and keep up the great support!
I was confused as to why when I and a customer clicked her referral link, it was stating that I wasn't eligible for the discount. Thanks to Maria D. explaining that it was due to the IP address already being captured previously or the person has already made an order on my website. Thanks again for your help Maria.
I've had nothing but a great experience with the team at Yotpo. They are always willing to assist us and give us a step-by-step process of how to fix our issues. The screenshots they provide are super helpful. Jiemer John helped me recently and was kind enough to answer my follow-up questions after resolving initial my issue.
I spent a lot of time installing and configuring the app. It seemed like it would be great. When I put it live, the referral code won't work. Contacted support 4 or 5 days ago and no help so far. They acknowledge that there's a problem but no solution. It shouldn't take this long to fix.
