Nice customer services with quick response, the app supported a lot of function without paying it, great tools for beginners. I have encountered some difficulties during my usage, the customer service associate Ritchie helped me with back coding and solved the problem eventually, they are very attentive to users and I think it worths the money to pay for the service they provided.

It's a really great app, I just love that it lets me customize everything that I need and how I need it to be! The support is really amazing, Jerrah helped really quick, he was swift and precise on what I needed to achieve. Really good app and support!

Had a couple of questions when setting up Yotpo. It was urgent as the website was on a deadline to go live. The support team was super responsive and helped me out, within 24 hours it was all sorted :) Haven't had too much of a chance to try all the features in the app (there are a lot) but so far the out of the box settings are great. The integration with referrals is easy to set up and works exceptionally well (try a Viral Loops or Referral Hero and you'll quickly - and painfully- find out that not all referral softwares manage to do this well, or even mediocre). So far really happy, based on support, features & ease of use 5/5 stars.

Great app with lots of functionality. Also amazing customer support from Jerrah - really helpful! I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an easy referral setup.

I spoke through the loyalty program Chat, I started with a question that was the one that I most urgently needed to solve, but after solving it I began to ask other things. Since it was very near to launch, I needed quick and accurate answers. I managed to solve all my doubts without problem thanks to Jiemer, who, with good disposition, was talking to me for around 3 hours, even at lunchtime and solved all my doubts. Unbelievably good service.

The reports are not currently working so we still have to request it from your support team. Thankful however for a very responsive support team but it would be better if we can extract it on ourselves so we don't have to bother/trouble anyone.

Excellent customer support. Jerrah is responsive and supportive customer services and providing the detail of clarification during the setup.

We started with Swell and got grandfathered into Yotpo Loyalty. Liking it so far, we'll be upgrading plans soon and will update my review then as we implement additional features. I will say customer support is very fast and easy now - Reymond was a big help in quickly answering my questions.

I love the embedded experience. Much better than the widget pop up some of the other companies are doing. Also love how it integrates with our Yotpo reviews and Klaviyo platform so seamlessly. Support is fantastic, very helpful and quick to respond. 100% recommend trying YOTPO Loyalty out!

Still working to get this app dialed in, but I can already tell it's going to work really well. I've chatting in real time with customer support and the person I've been talking to has been super helpful (Ritchie). I highly recommend this app!

Really great support from Ritchie. That said, the first (free tier) is really quite limited for us startups. I get the point that they want to incentivise paid plans, but that can be done more intelligently / in a way that supports small startups and creates more brand loyalty with Yotpo.

Wish the vip tier was available for the lower plans, but other than that it's a relatively simply and easy to use app. Good support assistance as well for the most part

I wasted more than 8 hours of my life trying to get this to work only to give up and try something else. In the end, I realized that the only way to make this integrate in a way that isn't horrible, is to have the premium plan. The gold is $249/mo... and when I asked sales what the premium plan cost I never got a response. If you are an enterprise brand with a developer team, I'm sure Yotpo works great. All the big brands use it. If you are a website team of 1... stay far far away.

The system works like a charm. Easy setup. Customer service also helpful when we have questions pertaining to setup or customer issues.

Points feature for rewards is ok but referrals is the worst I've experienced- used to have Referral Candy and then Talkable. ROI is non-existent, admin doesn't display properly, felt like a guinea pig the whole time with a Beta product

Useful app and great service. Very quick and helpful. Mr. Jerrah as a support agent was very clear and helped me more than one time. Recommended from my side ;)
