Shoutout to Glenn who helped solve a huge headache for me! Super quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and just provided an overall great experience. What a gem. I wish I could give 1k stars. [update] Elijah is a gem as well! Truly so helpful. Great job in hiring caring and attentive peeps!

The support team is very helpful! I was trying to get the referral program set up correctly and they sent me a screencast video explaining how to change the settings and followed up to make sure I got my problem resolved.

Love this app and the quick support! It makes a lot of difference in terms of getting technical answers responded to at a faster pace than submitting a ticket via email. Great feature!

The customer service is wonderful. I spoke to Ritchie each time and he was always extremely helpful and kind. The app is user friendly and serves its purpose and the customer service is stellar!

I just added this to my store today. I had some questions about how the referral program works and the codes etc. The online chat session was very fast & thorough. I just wish they had email 3rd party integration in the basic plan. I'll see how it goes though. Jerrah was very helpful and polite.

Its run smoothly and theres great support available. Customers a happy using it. I think the silver paid plan is a big jump price wise from the basic plan.
