We haven't yet used the app, but so far I have been able to do everything I need and am able to customize it easily . Looking forward to seeing how it works :)

Be aware: If you aren't willing to go for a paid plan and you have customers who already did purchase, is not a good choise! The list of the clients is populating in days AND you cannot add manually point to the existing customers and you will receive daily replies from the support team like "I have been told tomorrow should work". Also, if you use a different language than EN you will have like 1 full day to work, and everything is very confusing...nothing to do with 2020. Even though I don't go for lower stars because the APP is still providing a lot of features and is a lot customizable but sometimes 1st you need to think about the customers who already invested trust in your store!!! Those have been said, If you are going for a paid plan is a very good APP, if not I truly recommend you to look around!

Installed Swell Loyalty and rewards on our DEV server first, and was helped by Kerby through the entire process to get me up and running so I could start my testing and implementation. Great job!

It's great that the Loyalty & Rewards program neatly ties in with their Testimonials app (e.g. the customer gets rewards points for leaving testimonials, which in and of themselves already help the business with social proof). We just had a small issue that was resolved by their support team within half an hour (we're based in Hong Kong so I'm assuming they have support staff around the clock) and that was a fantastic experience that shows the efficiency and level of support they offer customers. YotPo's apps are highly recommended!

The onboarding process is very poorly designed. This seems to be a very new software. I expected more from Yopto

I am extremely pleased with the customer service for this app. Twice this week I have had questions and gone to the online chat. Both times I was connected with Kerby and received excellent customer service. Very efficient, quick and helpful. Explained things to me so I could easily understand and even sent pictures showing menus to help me locate things easier when learning where to customize screens. Thank you for the excellent service!

We really tried our best to make this app work, but the customer service was not helpful at all. It is one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had with an app on Shopify.

Great and easy app to work with. Customer service chat is amazing as well. Kerby has helped us on numerous occasions.

This app is the worst. We use the free version. If the free version is not good, why would I want to upgrade??? The 'triggered' emails to customers are impossible to edit. When you click 'save' changes, the page just loads for forever. It never works. Customers complain all the time about the interface. Customers complain about not knowing where the code is. Customers want to unsubscribe from emails. It's a mess. I've talked to Rogello at support and he is just plain and simple incompetent. I never receive a support ticket email. Nothing gets fixed. He says I should "try a different browser and computer". I did and experience the same problems. What they need is for Yotpo to actually get involved with their expertise and improve this product, support from top to bottom. WASTE OF MY TIME.

I'm in the early stages of using the app and needed support to fix a referral link problem. The support was immediate, efficient and incredibly helpful. The app in general is brilliant, so easy to set up. Thanks for being so amazing!!!

This app was really easy to use and was so quick to set up. I created a loyalty scheme in minutes and was able to match it to my brand and store these easily. I love it!

I have been looking closely into many loyalty apps in the last 24 hours, installed and deleted a number of them. This is the second one where live chat was possible and useful, and the first app to have a reasonable free plan with language customization. Still in the beginning of the customization and I hope the experience remains positive.

This app has helped me get oodles and oodles of repeat customers. Latest update makes it easier as it generates the discount codes for you automatically.
