I chose to become a paid customer after tackling with a tough customization issue. Reymond had spent countless hours working to solve it with me. The support was fantastic.

Product might be fine, but beware of being billed once you have paused, or cancelled your account. Very disappointed with the way they handle this

Gave 4 stars because i just started using this app and so far so good for the free option. But 5 stars for the support given by Rogelio. He was very responsive and answered my questions in a clear and detailed manner. Thank you Rogelio.

We subscribed and had some set backs with our development timeline to integrate and utilize the app. Kerby offered fantastic Customer Support, we received a credit from Shopify in a timely fashion for the months unused. We look forward to onboarding with Swell soon!

the support team is very very helpful and usually respond within an hour or so. they were able to help us set up a referral program that is a bit more complex than others. highly recommend!

I just installed this app and had a few technical/functional questions. Kerby was very prompt and explained everything that I needed to know. It always makes you feel more trusting of an app/ product when you have a company that prioritizes customer service.

The ONLY way to get a coded rewards page for your customers to check their rewards balance is to pay $249 PER MONTH for a gold plan. Highly unrealistic for new shops starting out as well as ones that aren't. $249 PER MONTH - yes, $249. To say I'm astounded is an understatement. Otherwise, you have to hire a dev to develop a rewards page for you.

They have an amazing customer support team. Since the app has so many features and flexibility, I wanted to make sure what I can & can't do and asked bunch of questions, and the support specialist solved my questions real quick. Had a great customer support experience.

We've been using the app for several month now and after a few difficulties at the beginning it is now working very well. We had some difficulties with triggering reminder emails and contacted the support team. They are very efficient and responsive. The issues were resolved very quickly. Defiantly recommend the app. It is also one of the few apps that allows for flexibility when it comes to language. We are able to define fields and messages with our own text and language. As a recommendation to the developer team, it would be great if the points could be fully integrated into the account dashboard. This way the page could be cluttered with buttons and clients don't need to log into an additional dashboard to see their points and make the conversion.
