Pretty easy to get started. I was glad there were instructional videos to walk me through most of the tabs. I wished it offered cash rewards instead of just points and coupons

The potential for this app looked amazing. But the support for installation and setup is non-existing. The campaigns we have created are not showing the pop-up. I wrote to ask Swell for support but just got a screen shot back saying everthings looks okay - even though in the screen shot the campains for reward is not the same as the ones I have created. I have started a support chat but seems there are no real persons there - just an email saying we have created a ticket for you. and then no reply to that for days. Hope the installation issues will be solved and the app proves to do some of the fancy stuff they so highly claim they can do.

great so far the ease and customizability of this free app is amazing and i hope my customers love it because i have worked hard on making the website a great place to shop

Too many issues with this app! We are constantly having customers say they cannot access their account along with a boat load of other issues.. The points are too easily redeemable. A lot of customers just don't get how it works which tells us its not as user friendly as it coule be. It is not worth the trouble but now that our customers are used to it being on website its hard to delete the feature. So we are looking for another app to use.

I'm having trouble with support. All the YouTube videos don't load. Hard to get this setup. Would appreciate some live support, the chat corner takes you to video conferencing with no support

Professional app, It has every thing I need to create a powerful reward program. Its free plan has almost all features I need to start my reward plan.

Some of the features are buggy or arent working. Like I have it set to 300 points and its showing 200 points. And I can only create 2 coupons.

I haven't made Swell live on my website yet, but going through the set-up, it looks pretty detailed and I like that. 4/5 Stars from me. So far, I do recommend this app.

So far I LOVE this app! It has been very easy to use. When there were aspects that I couldn't quite figure out how to customize the videos explained everything perfectly. Thank you for creating such a great platform for the everyday person trying to do everything themselves to run their business! I hope this helps us grow faster.

thanks for the free version which hopefully will help grow the store so that i can afford the premium memebership. apps like these help small businesses gain traction and be successful some features don't work-unable to customize rewards popup and unable to view rewards page

Great app to have when you want to show your customers how much you appreciate them. Lets you fully customize your rewards program with items specifically meant to work for your program.
