J'ai commencé à utiliser cette app récemment et elle est pas mal, il y a beaucoup de choix et de possibilité même pour le FREE plan. Il y a beaucoup de traduction à faire par contre ... Puisque l'app est en anglais (comme d’habitude) ça prend facile 1 demi-journée pour configurer l'app comme on veut et dans notre langue. Je recommande cet app, elle est pas mal.

Very nicely display app. Hope to bring in sales with this app. if all is well will definately wish to subscibe to sync with mailchimp!

Swell is really amazing. It's super easy to use and the default options are already set up for success. You can tweak a little to customize, but it works great right out the box!

We are trying out this app to see how to approach referrals and affiliate marketing. One thing that would be really good is if you could make the performance table sortable. It does not make any sense how it works now. Not possible to sort is making it unusable... Other then that it is a fairly good plugin to use for simple referral marketing setup.

I used this app to maintain and increase number of customers and to reward loyal customers with discounts. I have yet to see the result.

So far, I really love this app! Waiting to see how my initial launch goes and then I will decide if I want to upgrade my plan. :) It has easy setup, tons of free options and plenty of room to grow!

FELLOW SHOPIFY PLUS MERCHANTS BE WARNED! We signed with Swell in early May on their premier Platinum plan. Overall we have had a very negative experience and have repeatedly found bugs in their platform that have had negative financial ramifications for us. One of the main things that attracted us to Swell was the more customized program design they offered. This process was OK although small delays did sneak in when we needed to pick up on relatively small (but important!) design elements. Overall the our impression was a 'good enough' approach, which to us seemed counter to the stated aim of driving as much traffic as possible to the rewards page. Their developers also struggled with Shopify theme code management outside of Shopify (we use Github). The soft launch of our program was late July. Soon after launch we found a couple of serious bugs in their platform that has significantly dented our confidence in it’s reliability. One issue (awarding points for the purchase of gift cards and purchases using gift cards) was promptly resolved. However we have been waiting more than three months for the resolution of a bug affecting the treatment of refunds. We also complained about the slow speed to load a customer’s point balance but was told this was expected behavior. The Swell team have been slow to respond to emails. I am still waiting for a response to an email I sent 9 days ago to our dedicated ‘Client Success Manager’ for example.

Its easy to use and I love it... You can use this app in a lot of ways. I recommend it to everyone.
