We've been using YOTPO Loyalty & Rewards Progam + Yotpo Reviews for more than 2 years now and our customers are really engaging. Also Customer Service is always ready to tackle our questions and bring helpful solutions to the table.

Thank you, Jeff! My live chat agent helped me resolve an issue that Yotpo specialists and Shopify Plus Support could not figure out for over a week! Good support is what all apps need. Thankful for Jeff and his patience in answering all my questions to get this issue resolved.

many features, such as tiers, are not even in the pro plan, there is no support, and the sales representative gave us a free trial, which we were charged for, and the money was never returned in full, more than two weeks

To clarify: the $199 subscription refund has already been processed on our end, while the additional tax charge was handled directly through Shopify. We've been on the loyalty program for a few months now and our customers are enjoying engaging with the program. We've had a few instances where we've had to reach out to customer support and they're always happy to help. Recieved great customer service from Maritel today. Thanks YOTPO!
