Amazing software with so many capabilities if you dig into it! Customer support is fantastic. I just spoke with Jeff who was incredibly patient, friendly and quick to respond. He managed to solve my issue (which was kind of convoluted) and was really helpful.
Appreciated Nyle's help and patience. He really took the time to make sure he understood what I was seeing so we could walk through the account in question in detail.

The app was working for us in the beginning, and for some reason it's not anymore. We are trying to figure it out with the support, but they are useless. For the amount we pay, there should be better support!

I have been using this app for 8 years along with their other apps, Yotpo Reviews and Yotpo SMSbump. I waited way too long to delete their clunky apps. And because I was a long time member, they thought the need to disconnect my Klaviyo integration because I was grandfathered into their old plan and wasn't paying their "Premium Price". That's not MY FAULT! When I had an issue, they would try to get me to upgrade. Why would I want to upgrade and pay more money for less when I have been using your app since August 2017? Yotpo has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth.

In April 2024, we discontinued the Silver package and transitioned customers either to our free tier or offered an upgrade to the Gold package. We announced this in several communication cycles via email. We understand that this might have caused some inconvenience, and we apologize if the prior notifications didn’t reach you as intended. At this stage, while we’re not able to offer an alternative solution beyond our existing tiers, we would be happy to discuss how the Gold package might better serve your needs if you’re interested. We've used Yotpo for Loyalty and Reviews for 5+ years and love it! They enable you to create a program tailored to your business's needs and your customers' wants. Not to mention their support team is always there to help. Maritel saved me hours of manual work this morning by taking the time to answer all my questions and helping me adjust points for a few thousand customers. Thanks so much to Maritel and the rest of the support crew.
