Always a pleasure dealing with everyone who works on this app. Our customers love it and the support is really top notch. We pay for the yearly Pro plan and it's so nice to receive good support with any issues that arise (mostly me wanting to change visuals with code) Eshan helped me so much today and was excellent support and very friendly. We have this app installed on both of our stores.

Customer service was top notch. My issues were resolved very quickly and efficiently. And they even redesigned the way the button looks on my product page exactly the way I wanted.

Die Applikation für shopify ist schnell eingerichtet und zu verwenden. Individuelle Anpassung ist Dank smarten Standard kaum nötig. Dank dem raschen sehr kompetenten Support mit Nachfrage konnte ich sofort mein Anliegen umsetzen. Es erfüllt meinen Wunsch und Vorstellungen gänzlich auch dank unerwarteten Funktionen die Überraschen und Benutzerfreundlich sind. Update: Tons of bugs. Literally left and right. And upon reporting them their team asks for videos as if my explanations aren’t sufficient. Their live chat isn’t live. They barely ever respond. Sometimes with days delays sometimes (if you’re lucky) hours and very likely with a weak response. Our experience is going from terrible to worst. We're finding out problems and bugs and their live-chat support is either non responsive or replies limited not addressing issues we've reported. Very frustrating. If their support and tech issues do not get resolved, we'll likely uninstall and move on to a better wishlist solution.

Great customer support! Started with an AI bot which was surprisingly very helpful in talking me through a solution. Then Eshan came into the chat and absolutely crushed it!

Dear Merchant, i do not allow to use this app. They are not supportive at all. When things are requested, they always make up the excuses. Very complicated to deal this Indian scent. very complicated!!! This aop is not suitable for Builtin Shopify!!!! I'm not sure how other merchants gaved 5-star review to this app. Well that's the trues up!!!

We've been using Swym Wishlist Plus for years. Recently, we wanted to make some design improvements and the Swym customer support team totally came through! They also have timely and helpful support communication.

Fantastic app. We installed it on one of our shops and, after some initial troubleshooting and corrections, it worked like a charm. The support was extremely useful and ready to help; it managed to solve several issues/requests we had. Even though initially we did encounter some bugs and some difficulties, the support was always there and the app responded well to customizations and manual fixes. We strongly suggest this app for anyone looking for a simple, yet comprehensive and solid, wishlist app.

I've not been able to use the app much yet, but there is an incredible customer service team that was able to help me with all my additional requests before I went live. Highly recommend.

Leandra is amazing, she literally helped implement every requirement we had so it all works smoothly with our theme and existing apps. Super fast turnaround, constant follow-up, and always happy to tweak things until it’s perfect. The app itself is the best on the market for wishlists. Some features weren’t compatible with our theme, but the support team made it all work seamlessly. Fully recommended.

The app works smoothly, is easy to set up, and offers all the features we need to give our customers a seamless wishlist experience. What really sets it apart, though, is the amazing support team. A special shout-out to Leandra, who went above and beyond to help us with our requests. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient, making the whole process quick and effortless. Highly recommended!

Really good product and gives users lots of options to create, edit and manage their wishlist. I would recommend getting the gift registry app from them also, as it works well together. The most impressive aspect, besides the product, is the support that comes with it. Fast response with good understanding of user needs or requirements.
