Matthew was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of installing the Wishlist app on my Shopify store. I installed this app to let my customers save products for future purchase and access their list anytime they log in. I signed up for the $19/month plan and was immediately impressed by the developer's responsiveness. They quickly addressed my request to make the app match my website's look and feel. Despite the extensive changes, everything was updated within two days. Any bugs I encountered were fixed right away. The developer's skill, understanding of my needs, and patience were exceptional. I asked for the removal of certain features, the addition of new ones, and modifications to the font, color, and positioning. I even requested the creation of a special button, and everything was done seamlessly. The developer handled all my requests without difficulty, delivering exactly what I envisioned. Their ability to customize the app to my specifications and provide top-tier support makes them highly recommended for anyone needing tailored features and excellent service.

Awesome customer support! The Wishlist app met our expectations. The Wishlist can be customized in the frontend according to your own requirements and looks professional. There are also a number of additional functions that we will definitely be testing and using in the future. As already mentioned, the support is first-class, fast and was able to help with everything!

Dash was extremely helpful in answering all the questions I had and the little tweaks I wanted to make to customize it. Great app - very intuitive overall, super easy to launch on the website and integration with my current theme was very seamless. Highly recommend!

installed the app and it defaulted to installing on an old theme and broke our site. Lucky i saved a backup of our current theme before installing this app. dont recommend

While installing the app, you will see a dropdown that allows you to choose the theme you want to enable the app on and we make sure that we do not touch any other themes. Hence there is no way the app will get enabled on an old theme unless it is selected. We have also taken extra care to make sure that our app is compatible with all Shopify themes so that it does not break the store in any way. We tried reaching out to you, to see if we can set up the app for you in a way that it is most suitable for the theme you are using however we did not hear back from you. The app works exceptionally well, and upgrading is definitely worth it for the additional options. The support team is outstanding—quick, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. I can only recommend it.

I can't say enough good things about this tool and the service. I was using the free version for a month or 2 and saw I was maxing out mid month which was a good thing. I then upgraded and noticed I was maxing out that plan 3/4 thru the month. I then upgraded again and said - let's really maximize this tool and reached out to support. Dash not only helped customize everything possible but even went into Klaviyo and set up flows for reminders. If I could give 6 stars I would. Service has been awesome - you can't ask for more than that when other tools do not offer actually real person real time support. Dash - you are a rockstar - I can't wait to see how sales continue to trend!

Ohh I like this app and more its support as well. Anytime you message you get reply and more importantly solution to the problem. Best product in the category.

We uninstalled the Wishlist Plus app, but remnants of its code remain on our website. This is negatively impacting our SEO performance. Please assist us in completely removing this code.
