Provided "support" with AI without even identifying it as AI. In doing so, they were also fairly inflexible on a billing question I had. No thanks!

Syncee AI Dropship has made my dropshipping work much easier. The app is simple to use, and finding products is fast and stress-free. Update: The sweater has now arrived and the product quality is excellent. That said, the delivery took over 21 days from payment (ordered December 16), while the platform advertises a 7–10 day delivery timeframe. Even accounting for holidays, an additional 11+ days without proactive communication is difficult to justify from a merchant perspective. Product quality is top-tier, but delivery reliability and transparency remain a concern for store owners who are accountable to end customers.
We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the delivery timeline. As clearly stated on the storefront page, during the December holiday season processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. During the Christmas period, both warehouses and shipping carriers were not operating, which unfortunately resulted in delays. As we have already communicated with you directly regarding this matter, we are also actively coordinating with the supplier to move the shipment forward. We are closely monitoring the order and will provide updated shipping information as soon as it becomes available. Thank you for your understanding during the holiday period.

Avoid this app, predatory billing, and no accountabilityThis was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had on Shopify. I was charged nearly $150 CAD for an app I used for two days, uninstalled immediately, and never benefited from. Support was cold, inflexible, and offered no real help just copy paste policies. Seeing other reviews with the same experience makes this feel intentional rather than accidental. If you’re new to Shopify or on a tight budget, this app can seriously hurt you financially.
Hi there, We are sorry to hear about your experience. According to Syncee’s refund policy approved during the subscription process, refunds were unfortunately not eligible in your case. After the promotional $1 first month period ends, the subscription automatically continues at the full plan price unless canceled beforehand. It is the responsibility of the account holder to monitor subscriptions and cancel on time if needed. Depuis que j’ai installé Syncee, la gestion de mon catalogue est devenue tellement plus simple. L’import des produits est rapide et intuitif, les mises à jour automatiques fonctionnent parfaitement, et j’apprécie particulièrement la large sélection de fournisseurs disponibles. L’interface est claire et facile à utiliser même sans expérience technique. Je recommande vivement cette application à toute boutique en ligne qui souhaite gagner du temps et garder ses fiches produits bien organisée merci

Eversince I installed App, The website became terribly slow. I have paid $ 59 but, I do have to uninstall even in between because of having very slow website.

It is a very good app but they developers need to work on the payment method that is more favourable for global use PayPal and Payooner are not accessible in sierra leone

Awful confusing why doesn't shopify use third parties it is not easy to navigate sent an email immediately at first charge. Now its happened twice. I have only two logins, once when I was coaxed into the service which had zero products relevant to my brand, and the second logon trying to get rid of this on phone talking to shopify support. The emails say shopify billing this is a mess
