This app charge your $39.99 right away even when you cancel your subscription to same day and they don't refund back automatically. Therefore this app is a scam and you cannot come in contact with them so you'll have to get your money back.

Just to clarify, our app does not offer a free trial currently, which means when a subscription is started, the charge is applied right away for the billing period. In your case, the charge occurred because the subscription had already started before you uninstalled the app. That said, by uninstalling the app, your subscription was automatically canceled, and you will not be charged again. I signed up without realizing it. I thought it was a free trial. Turns out it was a $99 mistake as they charged me because I was one day late figuring it all out. Not intuitive, not helpful, waste of time. Also, it took forever for them to answer simple questions, ones I had to ask several times. Steer clear. Post script your poor response times and you're confusing. Sign up procedures cost me a hundred bucks. Keep up the good work.
