Very disappointed i had seven days trial period after seven days automatically charged me $99 didn't even charged me charged my wife's account and I have no idea how you guys did it she is so gutted unbelievable before seven days I deleted this app but you guys charged me I still have free period with new plan even though I didn't automatically authorised you

After checking your account, we found that the plan you started was part of a $1/month for 3 months promotional offer following a 3-day free trial—not a $99 charge. The standard price of your chosen plan is $39.99/month after the promo. If you check your Shopify Billing page, you can see the app charges and that our application has a 1 USD monthly fee at the moment for you. Based on this, it seems the charge and review may not be related to our app, Syncee Collective Dropshipping. If you have any questions, we’re here to help.

This app charge your $39.99 right away even when you cancel your subscription to same day and they don't refund back automatically. Therefore this app is a scam and you cannot come in contact with them so you'll have to get your money back.

Just to clarify, our app does not offer a free trial currently, which means when a subscription is started, the charge is applied right away for the billing period. In your case, the charge occurred because the subscription had already started before you uninstalled the app. That said, by uninstalling the app, your subscription was automatically canceled, and you will not be charged again.
