Amazing support and amazing app. We use data feed manager to sync the stock of all our stores, pricing, some of our feeds and if we have any issues, we can't solve something or we need something bit custom they solve it in minutes/hours. There were 2 occasions in a year when sync failed (obviously weekend and national holiday) and they fixed it in 5 minutes. I think best app we use

I love how many options Syncee has and that I can choose where in the world I want to have them shipped. The free trial made it so easy to choose to continue with Syncee.

SO FAR, SO GOOD. IT'S EASY TO FIND PRODUCTS AND SUPPLIERS, SYNCHRONIZATION WORKS PROPERLY WE RECEIVED OUR FIRST ORDER AND EVERYTHING IS GOING ACCORDING TO PLAN .

Excellent customer service. I have been using this app for some months now and have been seeing a lot of awesome developments that make it more & more user friendly. Breakdowns of costs for orders are clear & easy to understand so you are aware of profits per order or product. Editing tools for each product or catalog have improved greatly & are very helpful to your business profitably. Most of my issues have been with vendors not understanding the costs for retailers but the good ones will work with you reducing shipping costs & other adjustments that will help your business if you contact them directly. I have discovered great brands through Syncee. I highly recommend this app!

Syncee is not only a great solution to wholesale & drop shipping, but they have an amazing support team. The last support request was with Melinda, she is professional, and I asked her about several technical issues and she helped me to solve most of them efficiently.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! 3 days of waiting since customers placed an order and Syncee is not letting me pay for them. They say it's an issue at the supplier's end but clearly, it is a technical issue with Syncee. Trying to contact them is useless. Also contacted the supplier directly and they can't provide the item at the price listed on Syncee. What do I do now? Take a loss?
We are terribly sorry about the experience you have had with your supplier partner. Please let us highlight that there is no technical issue with Syncee. The issue regarding the payout is unfortunately at the supplier's end. We have kindly shared more details with you about it via our correspondence. We have also contacted the supplier to help you solve the payment issue as soon as possible. Once again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for your kindest understanding and patience.

I would recommend Syncee. They have the best selection of high quality products of any dropshipper I have worked with thus far. Shopping is easy, support is great, and overall they are a fantastic company to work with. I highly recommend them.

The individuals at Syncee have been very responsive and were very helpful in answering all my questions. The program is also very easy to use and flexible. My only complaint is regarding the vendor contact availability and product selection. It would be nice if they could provide a contact number for the wholesalers/suppliers they work with. It has been a challenge trying to get in contact with some of the suppliers. In additon, I am starting an home decor business and they do not have many unique products and are very limitied.

Easy to use and good products, shipping times can be a bit delayed from suppliers depending on when orders are placed. but the service and interface are easy to use and operate as they should.
