Customer service is nice but the app is missing important feature: 1. You can't select and then deselect a product or deselect products from the full supplier inventory. 2. There is no documentation to explain what each setting does. 3. Filtering products by tags only works according to the supplier original tags not the tags in your catalogue. 4. There is no option to prioritize categories. I keep seeing same old products being pushed while new products are stuck in queue.

In your catalog, you have the ability to filter products in bulk by numerous conditions, or you can even filter out products from your catalog one-by-one if you wish to in Syncee. Regarding questions about how to make the most out of Syncee's filtering feature, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. Furthermore, we have a Help Center of rich content on how to use Syncee. You can find it via our application's sidebar menu and through our App Listing as well. We provide various helpful articles and videos there about our solutions and settings. Last but not least, while it is not possible to prioritize a category in one catalog, you can create different catalogs for each category by choosing the products one-by-one. So far I find this a very user friendly addition to my product catalog additions! Might have to stick with you for the LONG HAUL!!

Could be better if the shipping cost for certain products on Alibaba wasn't so high that need to be fixed shipping cost for me shipping out a product for my customer is between $66.00 USD TO $450.00 USD that is crazy.

However, it's important to note that shipping costs are determined by Alibaba suppliers and not within our control. While they may have some nice products, you don't get the satisfaction of uploading unlimited products as you do with other suppliers. The Basic plan only allows you to upload 25 products for the YEAR, but yet they expect you to pay monthly, and the pro plan only allows 250 products a year. I load about 200 products a day to my online retail store. If you're just starting out, this supplier isn't for you. Sorry Syncee, but you need to increase the products we are able to add to our store.

Any business can pick the plan that is ideal for their business needs. Please let us recommend our Business plan which allows you to upload 10,000 products to your store, or our Plus plan which allows you to upload 50,000 products to your store. Furthermore, please let us also highlight that Syncee specializes in keeping products continuously up-to-date. The plan you pick allows you to manage that amount of products in total, and not "yearly". With Syncee, automated order data synchronization is also available besides other helpful features like product pricing and more. Amazing support and amazing app. We use data feed manager to sync the stock of all our stores, pricing, some of our feeds and if we have any issues, we can't solve something or we need something bit custom they solve it in minutes/hours. There were 2 occasions in a year when sync failed (obviously weekend and national holiday) and they fixed it in 5 minutes. I think best app we use

I didn't hold out much hope for finding quality products that are based in the UK. I have gone through so many apps to find them full of Chinese and Indian imports and I wanted something sustainable. Syncee is unlike all of the others. I have found some great products that ship from the UK and more importantly, most of these items are made in the UK too. The images and write up for the products is excellent and they automatically upload to my Shopify store without me having to do anything else. It seems a bit too good to be true so I am still in the early stages, but I am getting up to 10,000 products to sell for £76 a month. The free trial is a game changer to see how it works but so far, I am incredibly impressed. Being able to create catalogues (departments) is great for organising my products with 50 departments allowed so I can create custom made to suit me. So far, no reservations at all.

Excellent customer service. I have been using this app for some months now and have been seeing a lot of awesome developments that make it more & more user friendly. Breakdowns of costs for orders are clear & easy to understand so you are aware of profits per order or product. Editing tools for each product or catalog have improved greatly & are very helpful to your business profitably. Most of my issues have been with vendors not understanding the costs for retailers but the good ones will work with you reducing shipping costs & other adjustments that will help your business if you contact them directly. I have discovered great brands through Syncee. I highly recommend this app!
