Great Dropshipping App with room for improvement Great: - Good selection of high quality suppliers from around the world - Good integration and mostly user friendly - Good customer support, eager to help - Great functionality to automate margins/mark ups Room for improvement: - plan prices change randomly without any warning, which is not cool for a small business. Smallest monthly plan went from Free to $29 to $49 making it hard to plan. Would love more transparent communication - Sometimes had issues with synchronization, when it took a full day for my order to show up - had payment issues when I had to attempt payment up to five times until it went through - the search for products is very clumsy. It does not really show what you're searching for and the filter options could be better thought through (e.g. you can only select one country from-to) - When searching for an exact supplier name, you still have to scroll to sometimes the third page until you find the supplier (assumption is that the big suppliers pay to always show up first, e.g. Big Buy is always the first)

Syncee has a nice selection of products. It's easy to create catalogs and interface with my Shopify store.

La sto usando da qualche minuto, sembra ottima e mi riservo di dare una recensione più accurata più in là. La prima impressione è ottima, il catalogo dei fornitori è davvero ampio e soprattutto la possibilità di scegliere anche il paese di spedizione (oltre a quello di destinazione)

Easy to add products to your store with quality images. The fulfillment process is quick and seamless. Products were shipped and tracking numbers were sent right on time.

Der Support meldet sich immer sehr schnell und war bisher immer kompetent und konnte meine Probleme lösen. Das einzige Manko sind die Kosten wenn man eine große Anzahl von Produkten importieren möchte, ansonsten ist die App super.

I really enjoy this app. Everything my customers have purchased has arrived on time and intact. Every time I have a question about an order the vendor always responds quickly. No complaints at all. I would recommend this app for anyone looking for a dropshipper with a wide variety of items. Also, if you upload 25 items or less it's FREE! What's better than Free? Not much.

This is a great App which connects seamlessly to Shopify. The diversity of products and vendors are enough to keep you adding items to your store indefinitely, especially since new vendors are being added every month. You can choose what you want Syncee to update to your store such as Inventory (which updates throughout the day), Price, Cost, etc. You can message vendors within the App and (most) get back to you quickly (don't even try to message HomeRoots as they will never respond). There is also a Data Feed Manager if you choose to connect via Syncee to other vendors. You can try this App for free up to 25 products. There is a bit of a learning curve to using the app only because it syncs very quickly and you need to make sure your settings are correct since it will instantly update if you tell it to. I have recommended Syncee to stores in several niches and even to others personal product lines just to add some other products to their site to compliment what they already have. Customer support is more than helpful and responsive if you need any help setting it up or questions down the road. Just don't expect them to be involved in the order itself. You need to contact the vendor on your own if there are any issues or returns.
