Der Support meldet sich immer sehr schnell und war bisher immer kompetent und konnte meine Probleme lösen. Das einzige Manko sind die Kosten wenn man eine große Anzahl von Produkten importieren möchte, ansonsten ist die App super.

I really enjoy this app. Everything my customers have purchased has arrived on time and intact. Every time I have a question about an order the vendor always responds quickly. No complaints at all. I would recommend this app for anyone looking for a dropshipper with a wide variety of items. Also, if you upload 25 items or less it's FREE! What's better than Free? Not much.

This is a great App which connects seamlessly to Shopify. The diversity of products and vendors are enough to keep you adding items to your store indefinitely, especially since new vendors are being added every month. You can choose what you want Syncee to update to your store such as Inventory (which updates throughout the day), Price, Cost, etc. You can message vendors within the App and (most) get back to you quickly (don't even try to message HomeRoots as they will never respond). There is also a Data Feed Manager if you choose to connect via Syncee to other vendors. You can try this App for free up to 25 products. There is a bit of a learning curve to using the app only because it syncs very quickly and you need to make sure your settings are correct since it will instantly update if you tell it to. I have recommended Syncee to stores in several niches and even to others personal product lines just to add some other products to their site to compliment what they already have. Customer support is more than helpful and responsive if you need any help setting it up or questions down the road. Just don't expect them to be involved in the order itself. You need to contact the vendor on your own if there are any issues or returns.

Decided to cancel my subscription and delete the app. A lot of suppliers have high prices, shipping prices, zero customers service, slow to no response. I gave up. I joined in hope of finding good suppliers but all of them are shitty except for one but I am not paying monthly fees to only use ONE good suppliers. Syncee customers is awesome but when something goes wrong between the business owner and supplier, their answer is "contact the supplier" as if its not their problem. Even Doba does a MUCH better job of handling this type of situations than Syncee. Not worth the $67/month even with coupon.

We noticed that the last time you reached out to us was 2 months ago with regard to our solution. It's important to know that Syncee is a bridge between retailers and suppliers, and we are responsible for the automated product data uploads, updates, and order data synchronization. When it comes to questions about orders or shipping, it's the supplier who you can contact directly as it's them who are responsible for the orders and shipping. They started great, once they reach certain popularity they change their own rules. They beginning letting low sales stores to upload 25 products for Free, now they cancelled, you have to pay a membership in order to upload any products. They are overrated and that's why In the next 4-6 months they'll see a huge decline over this app.
