Syncee is such a useful app and tool and the support team are fantastic, pretty much available at all hours on the instant chat, I found Melinda to be especially good at what she does and always found a solution and understood what I was asking. Thank you Melinda!

Last night I asked syncee for help regarding Shopho.Co (Shopho, in syncee) a supplier of theirs that resulted in me losing tons of business, they asked me to delete my review here first, since the team can only help me post that. Their team is great, no doubt! The only trouble is Syncees inventory management, lack of vetting of suppliers, sometimes payment trouble and resolution if a supplier harasses or insults you! I had to cancel an order of 15 products due to inventory issues between syncee and the supplier. While syncee shows 11 products, the supplier claims the product was discontinued sometime back. Initially I had trouble paying for my order, syncee helped, I managed to pay. Post paying for my order, I reached out to the supplier (Shopho) over WhatsApp who told me that the product is out of stock and has been for ages. I asking for a refund, the supplier said “haha” and I had to raise a dispute over PayPal. After this the supplier resorted to harassing me over WhatsApp and name calling. I had reported this to syncee, they are ok with such behaviour and do not ban such suppliers from their platform. They don’t even have a policy in place for such behaviour. It’s a shame that such suppliers will only bring their business down considerably. Syncee is full of glitches that result in loss of business. They don’t have a vetting process for suppliers, they don’t display authentic numbers of products available with the supplier and somehow let the supplier cancel after payment goes through. The supplier said he didn’t feel like dealing with my order - resulting in a big loss of clients. Ps; when I asked ShopHo for my money back I got a “haha” and the following day this person hurled abused over WhatsApp! Incredibly unprofessional!

I use this app to keep track of and import inventory. It is great, I especially love the support I receive from their IT department whenever I am confused.

So far so good! I'm new to dropshipping and love the variety of vendors and products. I've had a few orders come through and the transactions were smooth and simple. I'm hoping to scale and increase sales!

This app is just great! I'd managed to upload some products from our wholesaler just like in a snap of a finger. Customer service is also superb. Great for our business.

I've been using this app for a little under a year and it has earned 5 stars from me for a number of reasons. 1. It makes finding a supplier with the products I want to sell infinitely easier than contacting suppliers directly. 2. The support staff went above and beyond when I had an issue. I only wanted to import certain sizes of a product into my store, and Melinda from the support staff helped me make that happen. 3. Your inventory and prices are automatically updated each day! As business owners, we always strive for automation where it matters most, and Syncee aids in that process. Easily a 5 star app and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is new to dropshipping.

At first I was skeptical because I couldn't reach anyone on a weekend but later someone did respond to advise their limited on weekends. Since then so far i have been enjoying the different vendors and the syncee agents are helpful, I would recommend this app .

Very much recommend these guys. I am somewhat literate with importing and dealing with datafeeds however any time I have any issues no matter big or small they are quick to help or get back to me with a path forward. Awesome work team :)

We used this app for a few months to import/update couple of thousands of products into our stores. The concept is great but the app is just not fully tested and ready. A major draw back was that we constantly ran into bugs that led to incorrect data on the store. Also, the app does not give you a meaningful report on the tasks it ran. There was no way to filter for the products that failed the import job. We had to browse a long list of products page by page. We had to redo most of the jobs with other apps. All of this was brought to the attention of their customer service. They fixed some of the bugs but overall we found we could not trust the app what so ever. Also their billing method is very unusual, we had to contact them several times to make correction on the number of products they were billing us for.

I wish i knew this app way before i started my Shopify journey. I have already been recommending this app to every one i know. give it a shot, you will never regret. I love the order automation feature and the friendly support i get whenever i need it.

I like the control this app gives. I can contact the supplier directly without going through a middle man. Also, paying for purchases is very easy.

We use this app as a secondary source to upload products from dropshipping suppliers based in the European Union for our online fashion store. It allows us to broaden and supplement the range of items that we already offer. We prefer to use European Union based suppliers because 1 they are closer to our target market therefore shipping times are reasonable and 2 our target EU customers has no nasty tax and excise charges when their goods arrive at their door. The strength of any dropshipping app is with the suppliers that use their marketplace, and so far we have been impressed with the range of suppliers and the quality of the products available. Unlike another dropshipping App we've used in the past with Syncee you know the name of the dropship supplier and are provided with a link to their website so you can research and review the supplier with Trustpilot etc. There is also a feature were droppshippers can leave reviews about the supplier, thereby allowing us to warn others of bad experiences or indeed praise a supplier for excellence. I'm sure this feature will improve as more and more retailers leave reviews. The app is easy to use, you can search and upload products using a number of different methods. You can set different global pricing mark-ups for different catalogues, which means if your supplier changes their price it is automatically updated on your store. It also means you can set different mark-ups and margins for different suppliers and products. If you do run into an issue we have found support responsive, helpful and quick. Syncee so far is proving to be a useful app and we would recommend using it for your store.

Syncee is a very useful app for sdropshippers and they offer outstanding customer service agents! 5 STAR SERVICE
