EEAZI highly appreciates the Syncee application for its capabilities in integration and product data synchronization. This significantly facilitates the management of our product catalog. However, we have encountered challenges in handling product duplications and price modifications, which require further attention and optimization. We would like to highlight that the Syncee support team has been fully helpful in addressing the issues that arose.

It left a lot to be desired... After getting the shop ready and importing the products, I decided to contact the supplier directly and was informed that they were having problems with the app and couldn't ship to Europe... Everything came to nothing.

It is okay. Way better than many Dropshipping suppliers, but you pay 40 $ and only get like 50 products. Way to less for using. I think I will cancel my subscription.

This app will not let you cancel.So I'm just uninstall in it and I'm hoping.I'll be not getting charged because this is a day before the cancellation. And when you look on shopify , it tells you to uninstall it , there's no uninstall button.

Brilliant support team Support is closed on the weekend their ai help is great and will try and answer your questions over the weekend however if you have to speak to a human because you cannot fix the issue yourself they will do their very best to help you I had my issues fixed within an hour by Benjamin if I could rate an individual Benjamin would be 10/10 he was very considerate and extremely fast at fixing my issues he was also very knowledgeable I can’t thank him and the rest of the syncee team enough for their help

No refund policy on canceled subscriptions, they stole my money, they charged me, I canceled and then they charged me again.
