Only using this out of necessity, since some vendors only operate through SyncLogic. But it's definitely lacking in overall functionality. A basic function that is not included is disallowing syncing of variants. What this means is that, if I want to add a variant such as a color (so that there's a swatch on my collection/product pages), I can't do it if the vendor didn't include a default color in their variants. We also cannot change size variants, as it will just change back (we prefer abbreviations, such as S, M, L, instead of the full words like "Small", "Medium", "Large"). This makes product and collection pages messy and inconsistent. Customer service basically said, "Maybe some day we will have that feature." It didn't sound promising and, again, this is an extremely basic feature to implement and would solve a lot of headaches. At the cost of this plan, I would have hoped for more features. Especially when it has a negative consequence on the design, layout and professionalism of our store.

Absolutely amazing app! the products sync and upload very fast and it works just perfectly. The support is very quick and helpful and answered all of my complicated questions and also solved them. I wish I could give this app more than 5 stars!!

Excellent customer service. I was in a bind in regard to sync issue and they helped me resolve the same day. I have dealt with a lot of software companies and this one has some of the best customer support. Thank you.

This App has saved us lots of time in updating the inventory between two stores. It is reliable and sufficient. Most importantly the support we have got until we have completed the job was outstanding. Honestly, the questions were being answered quickly and the challenges related to our scenario were handled professionally. Great attitude from the highest level of support to the basic support specialist.

Had the app for 3 years or so and worked well however when i migrated two websites into one and updated all tags, prices, variants etc on the 'secondary' website, the app deleted ALL our products (over 800 products) were deleted several weeks after migrating both websites, out of the blue without any consent or warning!!! The worst bit was they had no feature to retrieve all the data that was deleted! Luckily i had a backup from the original website however had to again update prices, tags, variants on ALL of the products which took over 3 days worth of work to do. Avoid!!!

Sorry to hear you ran into issues. When you disconnect from a supplier, we pop up a dialog asking you what you would like to do with the products. There are options to leave the products alone or delete the products. If your preference of what to do with discontinued products on your supplier is the delete while you're connected, that will be the default when you disconnect. I suspect someone on your team didn't look closely at this step when your shop was disconnect from the parent shop. SyncLogic has a lot of options for managing your products so it always makes sense to have a backup in case you make a mistake. Glad to hear you had a backup.

The app is great, is running perfectly and it has all the important settings in order to match your requirements. The support is very professional and super helpful. I really suggest to install it! I use it to sync the inventory between 4 shops and i didn't ever income in any oversell.

I like this product but I have been trying to contact support and can't get ahold of anyone. All the features are great but I really need the cost per item, country origin and HS Code to transfer over and every other column seems to but not these. Is there a reason or is this a feature that will be added in the future?

Hi. I'm sorry to hear you haven't reached us. I looked for support tickets from you and only found one from Sept 26th that we replied to right away. The best way to reach out to us is via the help button in the lower right hand corner of our app. That button opens a ticket directly and bypasses any email delivery issues. The next best way is to send an email to [email protected] which opens a support ticket in the same system. Regarding your questions on cost, country of origin, and HS Code, these were all implemented in a way that makes it much slower to synchronize. If we do these real time it could slow down your other sync operations and take away processing resources for all our shops, so we're still trying to figure out the best approach for these. For now, open a new ticket with the help button in our app, and I have some code that I can run to synchronize those fields on request. Sorry again you've expressed that you haven't been able to reach us. I see you've been our customer for over 6 months. I haven't had any issues with this app at all. it really saves a lot of time for me when syncing across stores and everything runs seamlessly. would definitely recommend.

As a drop ship company, SyncLogic is the heartbeat of our company. Without this app we would spend hours sending spreadsheets of inventory to our customers for them to manually update. This app has transformed the way we do business, with real time inventory syncs to amazing customer service...we would be lost without them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone that needs to share inventory amongst multiple stores.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received from Synclogics in the last few hours. I've had synclogics for over 1 1/2 years and never had a need for help until now. They got back to me with resolve immediately and it's so appreciated. Love this App! Game changing for my biz.

It's great to sync 2 stores and copy the inventory across so that it can be tracked but it doesn't yet have the ability to sync orders. The support team are great though and very quick to answer queries and help out with any issues.Looking forward to the next upgrade!

Great App. Great Support. 5 Stars. We have been able to set up a sync almost exactly the way we want. We had some unique requirements. But Shane was super-helpful to do it for us. We hope they also support sync for cost field in due course.

Can I give SIX stars?! These guys have been awesome. Excellent support of numerous "what if" questions. This tool is tying together a Shopify Retail and another Wholesale store. It also is allowing me to sell on other platforms and propagate the sales back to both carts, with ease. I've been going nuts for years trying to keep inventory straight across multiple sites... SyncLogic is doing it without costing $100s per month.

So the app works perfectly well and we tested it between our two stores. Not an issue at all. We do run bundles on our primary store and Shane was able to give us massive help in understanding the sync methodology and also what would and would not work. Sensible, clear, practical advice delivered promptly across seven time zones. Not something you get every day. If you need to sync two stores use this app.
