My 5 star rating comes from the amazing customer service I received from Shane when trying to navigate through the syncing options and inventory. I basically received a 30 min in-depth tutorial, over the phone, about the different functions SyncLogic has to offer and what I should do to make sure my shop remains synced with my wholesaler. What I did learn, that can help others, is to watch the video they provide! After 1.5 months and several hours of trying to navigate the products synced, I learned watching that video could have helped me understand a lot more early on. I now feel extremely at ease knowing my products are correctly synced and my settings are geared towards my needs. Thank you so much Shane!

Tested multiple inventory sync apps and this one is the best value for money. Reliable and quick and to the point support. Could use more functionality but some other apps that are seemingly more advanced turn out not working.
We have always focused on accuracy and performance, and often times the customer doesn't notice improvements we make, so I'm really thankful you noticed and shared your experience with other. We'll keep plugging away at functional improvements too. Thanks so much for the kind review.

I have very little choice or control on this app. It is what is required by my drop shipper. I need additional information and support and have emailed at least 3 times via the support window within the app and have not received any response. I need more control over what changes synclogic makes to my store. I need to define what product template it uses for the products being synced. Plus it does not bring over cost or the compare at price as well as the price to show a discounted price to our customer if applicable. (that is unless I am misunderstanding the setup) When I manually go in to add these essential costs, it overwrites the data the very next sync. I would truly appreciate some support on my issues.
I'm so sorry to hear you've run into these challenges. I can definitely support you in your concerns. I found emails from you on Feb 3 and March 14th regarding cost of goods. It looks like we responded promptly to both of those but I take it you didn't get the response. It must have gone to spam. I didn't find a 3rd message from you. I can certainly help you with syncing cost and the compare at price, which shows a discount for your customers. These things can be achieved and I'll be more than happy to help. I can also help with the template issue. You can turn off sync of the template so that you can choose your own custom template, and I'd have to look into this one further in that it's not a common request, but I might be able to customize your connection to select a specific template to use I'll give you a call now but I know it's after hours for you so if I don't reach you I'll try you again tomorrow. Update: I tried to call but the phone number on your account doesn't appear to be working. Can you please reach out to us at (415) 851-1230 with an updated number. If we're unable to answer please leave a message. I really want to connect with you and support you on this and I'm unable to reach you by phone or email. Update 2: I haven't heard back from you. I also reached out via the form your website but haven't gotten a response. Without a working phone number or email address for you I really don't know how to reach you.

Your app COMPLETELY DESTROYED our store Removing sales channels, switching product images, deleting pictures, and altering inventory. What is going on?? Your app is extremely dangerous!
This review is 100% fake. We reported it to Shopify but they don't seem to be taking fake reviews seriously anymore, which calls all reviews on other apps into question. Shopify never got back to us on our report other than to say we will not hear from them so we don't even know if they have ever reviewed it. They have the data to verify that this review is fake and that we took no such actions on this shop. We do not buy positive reviews and do not buy negative reviews on competitive apps, and we are 100% transparent and take responsibility if a customer has a legit complaint. That is not the case for this review. Shopify needs to do a lot more to take care of the integrity of their app store reviews. This shop installed for a few minutes. We hadn't even ingested their products when they uninstalled. No actions were taken on their shop. No product images were switched or deleted. No inventory was altered. No customer support ticket was opened. It's a complete untruth.

Afull no support do not waste your money cannot have items taken off if archived or draft items. was told to get with Shopify they were too busy to help.
This review is not representative of the truth and so inappropriate for a number of reasons. The truth is we have been very responsive to your needs. We have been proactive in trying to reach out to you and address this before you were even aware it was an issue. We've made multiple attempts to set up phone or zoom call appointments with you. And we agreed to do custom engineering work for your individual needs. 1. The issue that you're complaining about is one that we brought to your attention in October. There are limits Shopify imposes on most shops if they go over 50,000 variants. You were sharing massive sets of products to your customers that pushed them all over 50,000 variants. We asked you to share less in October and you ignored our messages repeatedly. Finally you agreed to meet with us and we set appointments with you for full phone and video support. You stood us up on those appointments on two occasions and continued to sync so many products that it was a problem for your customers and a problem for us. 2. We have explained you are overworking the system. We allowed you to abuse our system for months and were exceptionally patient with your lack of responsiveness on the issues we brought to your attention. 3. After months of ignoring the issue we reported to you, abusing our system, and creating a problem for all your customers as well as for the entire SyncLogic ecosystem, you asked for us to write a custom code solution for your individual needs rather than use built in Shopify tools for putting a more curated collection of products together. And we said we needed a few weeks to make time for that because our engineering resources are fully engaged at the moment. We did not say to get with Shopify. We agreed to do the custom work you asked for. You didn't respond and discuss the timeline of engineering to your custom needs. Proactive phone support. An offer to do custom engineering work. Tolerance for your abuse of our system and policies to the detriment of performance for all our customers. All for $19.99 per month and that's not good enough? You made hundreds and hundreds of sales via SyncLogic, so the platform actually made you money, and you say "do not waste your money?" and give us a 1 star review and say you got no support? You actively go out and try to hurt our business after all the support we gave you. Thanks for uninstalling.

Super easy to setup and is working flawlessly so far! We even needed a custom edit and they got it done in just a couple hours! Highly recommend!

We have been using Synclogic for a few years now, while the app does what it says on the can, and functions exactly how one would expect. The reason for my 5 star is review is the excellent support that Shane and his team provides. Super helpful, willing to work with you to get everything just how you want it, and always available. Really stellar support. 5/5 would recommend!

We have used SyncLogic for almost 6 years now. It has been a huge time-saver for us and solves a really important problem for us, of quickly and seamlessly syncing products across multiple Expansion Stores. We have heard horror stories of other brands using other solutions to sync inventory and product details, and things taking too long to connect, resulting in huge oversells and inventory issues during heavy traffic time periods. We have never had any issues and have a huge amount of trust and respect for the SyncLogic Team and Product. Highly recommend.

Shane helped me greatly solve some drop shipping issues, when above and beyond! He also reached out by phone, very pleasant to talk with! Took a few days of discovery and repair but all my problems with the how it sync'd got worked out! Don't be afraid to get into more detail about what ever your needs are !
Hi. I also sent you a message via the ticket you opened with more details. In short, we don't sync the POS field and it appears that perhaps with a recent Shopify change new products are defaulting to going to POS if you have that sales channel enabled. I've written a script to detect and fix this for you as a short term solution and hope to roll out a permanent solution in the coming days. Update May 17th - I've just released an update that prevents drop ship products from going to POS when SyncLogic creates them, so the issue you reported should now be fixed. - Shane

SyncLogic has worked really well for syncing our two stores with a shared catalogue and inventory. It's a great value app, and it's versatile - you can choose exactly what product attributes to sync. I.e. use it for only inventory or only product descriptions if you choose. Also very responsive and thorough support should the need arise. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with the service provided by Synclogic, the service that is provided just works well for our company's group of websites. Any issues and they are quick to respond, diagnose and fix. We have been using Synclogic for many years now and problems are few and far between. I would recommend this service to anyone that requires a hassle free solution to syncing data on multiple websites.
