Best chat app by far, and free... does more than any other chat system we have used... has more features, more custom options, and did I mention free?

I installed the app from the app store, just to write a review. I've been using Tawk.to for a while with the manual code in my theme. If you're looking for an excellent way to grab your customer's attention, install Tawk.to. Not only does Tawk.to have a few features that most chatters don't have (like live preview of what the customer is typing and business hours scheduling), they also have great support. Well worth the free pricetag.
