Superb App! You can have multiple chat agents for a website and an agent can service multiple websites - beautifully programmed! What's more - you could customise it according to your website's theme, a mobile app from which you can chat with your visitors on the go and plenty of other options. All for free! It's amazing the way it works and has a free iOS and android app. You can't really run your business without and it maximizes your potential to grow your business from a customer service endpoint. Best live chat app for Shopify. They allow you to use the app for free with all of their features, unlike other apps that limit chats, or make a very obtrusive interface for the customers. This app is amazing! Plus, the new upgrades are awesome. I am looking forward to the long term use of this app.

So far so good! Downloaded it for Black Friday weekend and had a few questions which were immediately answered through the online chat. And they have an App for both Android and Iphone so you can get notifications sent straight to your phone!

Definitely a fantastic app for live chat so easy to implement and use, their live chat (lol) support was very helpful and there is nice additional features too so you can view what visitors are doing on your site etc. etc., really ticks all the boxes and its FREE! https://www.valuevaping.co.uk

We've only been using this app for a few days now on both our Shopify store (https;//www.KawaiiSquishyStore.com) and our CrateJoy store (http://TheSquishyBox.com) and it is truly awesome! Very easy to install and set up. Love how I can see the chats from multiple stores all in one place. I don't understand how they can offer this for free, but I'm not complaining. An absolute must!

This is a great app. I wasted a week trying another app that has fees associated with it. The other app was unstable. I'm a developer and I recognize quality when I see it. Tawk.to is a polished app. It's easy to install, and does what it's supposed to do. They are clearly listening to their users. You can't go wrong with this app. Have additional questions about it?
