I would definitely recommend to other entrepreneurs. Their prices are fantastic and they have a pretty decent selection. Printing and shipping have been fast. Faster than other Print-on-demand companies we've tried.

Just started using teelaunch and very happy. App was easy to install. First order was shipped in 3 days and delivered in 6. Products was great, packaging great, and printing great. Sent support an email with a question late one night and they provided the answer the next morning. Keep up the good work teelaunch.

I was having some issues loading an image and reached out to customer service.,,,I was extremely frustrated. I was contacted by the CEO directly and got my issue resolved pronto. Response time was fast and the info was spot on. He was very understanding and most of all very helpful. They believe in customer service and backed it up 100%. I highly recommend.

We have been using Teelaunch for about three months now and thus far I have nothing but great things to say about their customer service. I have worked with Kristy, Christopher and Dave and all three have been fantastic. Once you get used to the app it is very simple to upload your images and get things going. Their apparel prices are much better than the other POD companies I've tried. And they offer a free size replacement to the customer. In my opinion, this alone makes them worth using if you are selling apparel. They are constantly working on making things easier for us and although there may be a hiccups here and there, they always make things right. Oh and their Facebook group is a huge help too!

I´ve been working with the teelaunch integration for 3 months now, and I have only positive feedback to give. Great processing time, great automatic integration with shopify, and most important, great customer service. I had some questions and things I needed to be solved and every time they were very helpful and kind, Kristy and Christopher are the best, I recommend working with this supplier.

It's an ok app. It is user-friendly but there are several minuses as well. The production and shipping are very slow. My other POD supplier has my items out the door in 4 business days flat. I never know how long it going to take for orders to ship. In addition, their prices are quite high. They suggest selling a phone case for $35 and it will cost you $11. I don't know what kind of phone cases people are getting away with selling at $35 but my customers are not paying that for a plastic phone case. Just be sure to crunch the numbers carefully to make sure you can make a decent product without breaking the bank and make sure your customers know how long it will take to get their products. I think there are suppliers who can get the product out quicker than 5-7 business days. Last, the picture size thing is annoying. Just be prepared for some pics to have to be resized before placing on the product. Revised to 4 stars. The owner contacted me to address my concerns. That's great customer service and even though no company or product is perfect, I appreciate that sort of service tremendously. The production/shipping was better explained and it's fine. Not much can be about the pricing and the sizing issue was with my logo I believe not my designs. So, definitely give the app a try.

this app is nice but you have no way to contact them directly you have to email them and that takes a long time for them to get back to you! I would say 5 stars but because there is no direct messaging im giving you 3 thats really a simple thing to set up.

Great app! We've been using Teelaunch since we first launched our store and is amazing how much value it has brought to our team. Is basically everything to us. Why I left 3 stars? I loved this service I hope these guys read all comments) But I simply beg you to make it quick and easy to make a manual order with the image uploaded and not create a pile of product twins in your store. The way that now exists is a mockery of the users. All large print houses have a way of manually loading images and creating an order directly in the office. Thanks Jeffrey

the ease of setting up my store is unbelievable. I uploaded my entire store to my website in less than 30 minutes.
