I ordered a t-shirt sample with my custom design on it 3.5 weeks ago (Oct 29th) and still have not yet received it. I've been told that Asentia shipping does not track once in Canada (from the US) and there is no way I would expose my (Canadian) customers to this kind of service from an integrity perspective. I was very excited to use TeeLaunch for my business / site which planned to launch last week - in time for Black Friday/Cyber Monday - and now not only will I not be going with this vendor, I've lost out on promoting my site/products in time for this holiday. I'm incredible bummed & disappointed.

My original review was from 2 years ago now (see below). I was pleased with them at the time (3 orders in) but now I am over the top thrilled with this company! I have used them for well over 2500 orders now and I can honestly say after using several other POD companies, Teelaunch is the best. I only wish they offered Larger Vinyl Stickers and Car Magnets. Other than that, I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. And Kristy in Customer Service is the Best! She deserves a 5 Star review of her own! My original review 2 years ago: 3 orders in and I am very pleased, so are my customers. First-order was for 12 vinyl stickers and my customer was thrilled with the quality and the turnaround time. The second order was for 12 mugs for an attorney. She was very pleased with the quality and turnaround time, as well. One mug's printing was a bit smeared looking, Teelaunch immediately reprinted and sent a replacement mug within one business day. My customer could not believe how quickly the replacement arrived. She told me that she was sure she would be waiting for an eternity. The 3rd order was for a mug and I was told by my customer that her gift recipient loved it. I would highly recommend Teelaunch. Easy to use app, wonderful quality and speedy service, not to mention their prices are fabulous. My one and only complaint is the s&h cost for multiple mugs. $74 is a bit outrageous for 24 mugs sent UPS Ground. I may have lost a sale due to this, but I am still hopeful.

Teelaunch has been incredible to work with! They not only provide a simple and easy to use platform to quickly generate print on demand gear, they are top notch in customer support and service. On repeated occasions they have gone above and beyond to help me with issues and come up with solutions to my concerns. Kristy in the support department is what all companies should strive to have as far as quick, intelligent and effective support personnel! Thank you all for your help and Kristy you are amazing!!

Love the app. I wish products and shipping were a little cheaper and I wish they sold print on demand shoes. But other than that, I love it.

The most cost-effective DTG fulfillment platform out there. The options are somewhat limited, but they're launching new products occassionally. If they beef up their color options and add a few more styles they'd be the hands down best out there.

It's cool. The problem is that I can't set default style when uploading. I must change the default style manually after uploading.

Teelaunch has been great so far for my new site www.LutheranPub.com I moved to Teelaunch as my only t-shirt vendor because the prices are much better than Printful.

Spoke to the creator of this app over LinkedIn awhile back. Really nice guy as he reached out to me because I also have an app on Shopify. Having talked to him, I thought I would install his app and check it out. I must say, it is a great design and is very easy to use. There is a wide selection of customizable products available... and it is very easy to add your designs to those products. If you are newer to Shopify, and want customizable products, I would recommend this app because of the quality and the ease of use.

Truly a dream of an app! They supply templates for all of their products which is essential for creating designs specific to a product. The entire process is easy and the support they offer is fantastic. Do issues pop up in the POD world? Of course! But the team at Teelaunch has been more than willing to do what it takes to make things right. If you are looking at this app I would highly recommend giving them a try and ordering a few sample products. It's a free app... What do you have to lose?

Highly recommended. Very easy to use. Wish there are more customization options other than uploading your own artwork. Would be cool to make your own designs while doing it all inside the app.
