Uploading is a nightmare compared to printful and printify. you are limited to 15mb for a picture with 2400px. that 15mb limit needs to be removed asap.

Although I had a few issues with my first order, I spoke with the owner and he upgraded shipping to 2nd day air so my customer would get their order within the time frame allotted. I have not heard back yet regarding quality of items ordered. No news is good news? Maybe. Pro's 1. Easy app 2. Good Prices 3. Decent, on the verge of good, customer service. I received quick replies, but was given incorrect information at certain times. But, they were willing to look at the situation for me. 4. Customer received product within the stated time frame. Con's 1. The shipping charge on the invoice was less than what I was charged by quite a bit. I was told the shipping charge would never be the same as what the invoice shows. I use shopify "lite" so that may have had something to do with it. Either way, I was told I would have to add up the shipping cost manually for every order I place. I'd rather not do that. 2. It took 10 days for my order to ship. I had to reach out to them after 9 days to see why it was taking so long and was told it would take longer to ship since it was a larger order. I had 13 items total, made up of 2 different products. 3. Their production time and shipping rules need to be made clearer. If you order more than one type of product, it may take longer than the statd 3-5 days to ship. Owner stated he would make that clearer on his website.

Although the products are slightly more expensive than other shopify apps, teelaunch is so easy to navigate. Its usability alone is five star quality, as is the product selection and product quality. I would like to know more about the products though. Although a lot of them say dishwasher safe, they do not specify whether or not they are microwaveable. Overall great app.

So far the service has been great. Shipping time was reasonable and the print quality look good too. The interface is seamless and the upload process is simple.
