Amazing customer service, excellent very fast turn around, we had an order come in late on a Sunday night and it was printed and shipped within 23 hours, and they even send the shipping details back to your store directly so it is fully automated, overall wonderful experience and their prices for the level of customer service are unbeatable as well

I have been using Teelaunch ever since I set up my shop and had no issues. I recently had an issue with shipping and a order getting lost in shipping. This was during my busiest season (Thanksgiving and Christmas) and my customer was not happy at all. I contacted Teelaunch along the way and they did everything they could to make it right. I understand not everything can be fixed such as a lost package by USPS. They rectified the issue (on Christmas Eve mind you) and made it right. I really appreciate the customer service they have provided. I will continue to use them to fulfill my orders because of the customer service. Thank you!

I really hate to write a bad review on any business but I want to help any other business of making career suicide ..... because if you add this app to your store it will most definitely end up ruining your reputation/ good name. Shipping takes FOREVER ..... no matter what/when you order. Once our customers have recieved the long awaited items ...... only to find they are not even correct. Quality-control .... Not sure if this company has ever hear of the phrase quality control. The items came with the stabilizer on the fronts of some of my customers products .... lucky we do embroidery also and I knew what to tell my customers to do. Customer Service was email after email = nightmare. You get quick responses and then when they know something is wrong ....... you get NO RESPONSE. Your profits are completely eaten up by time spent on each order. They offered to resend products which my customer agreed to wait ..... the new products also toooooook FOREVER to receive. I emailed them asking when they would be in and the owner told me that ..... "oh they might be at my house" ..... only 1.5 months after ordering initially. We received the new order and it was WRONG AGAIN .... emailed the owner saying hat didnt come and got a quick response telling me "LOOK INSIDE THE BAG" looked inside the bag only to find out it was the WRONG COLOR ..... now no response. Communication / Customer Service is completely lacking. Also the products are cheaply made and sent incorrectly with NO quality control. They also offered to refund me because I ended up having to refund my customer because it took so long. They said they would refund the cost + profits lost (which came straight from the owner) and NOTHING. Which isn't even that big of a deal .... but they are a company who's word means ....... NOTHING!! Save your customers / yourself the headache. I would not recommend them ..........!!!!! Also the design tools are not easy to use ..... you have to have other software in order to create your products (if you are a beginner it may not be the greatest). There are others print on demand companies out there that you can design it right in the app. So the ease of use with the teelaunch app ..... is not the greatest. I will also add both times I have had the app installed on our multiple sites they have lied about where they are located. Who really cares / why is it that big of a deal.

I use Teelaunch for print on demand for more than a year and I am very satisfied with their services. I especially appreciate very helpful and fast customer support. I miss one thing: expedited shipping.

Excellent so far, I've only been using it for a few days, I haven't ordered anything yet, but I have uploaded my images and imported the products to my store without any issues, love the user-friendly format, unlike other apps I have tried.

I am using Teelaunch as my primary POD app. So far all is good. Their support has helpful ( via email) when I have questions. The app, while a bit clunky, is fairly easy to use. I cannot comment yet on the quality of the products or speed of delivery, because I have not yet opened my store.

Super fast shipping...and a beautiful product. I received the all over t shirt design product today as a testing sample and I love it. The material is silky soft and the fit is right on the mark.

The ABSOLUTE BEST Customer Service I have ever experienced in 6 years in the industry. This is one Company that responds QUICKLY to emails. When you have an issue they are on it. If the first level can't help them it's referred directly to the owner who jumps right in to provide assistance. There is no "email fear" of waiting days for a response. It's timely and I don't think I have ever waited longer than 15 minutes! The app is easy to accomplish and the interface with Etsy is a breeze. My Print and Mail timeframes are certainly within 5 business days and with over 30 "test" orders out the door there has been ZERO quality complaints. Through our follow-ups we have been looking for complaints and all that we heard were "Very Happy" and "Would Order Again". We are certainly happy we made the change from doing our own DTG printing to Teelaunch!

I have recently swapped over to TEELAUNCH and I must say although the way items are added is different than I am used to, the customer service is spot on, Kristy is AMAZING, she is like my own VA when I have a question, she is right back to me:) The quality of the pillows I have ordered and the delivery to customers has been great thus far, I look forward to trying new products with them soon.

I have been using Teelaunch for the past year and have never had a problem with them! Their customer service is quick and responsive! They are constantly adding new products to their catalog! I have noticed that they have been getting even faster at shipping out my customer's orders!

Teelaunch has been an awesome POD partner. They have lots of apparel to choose from (among other great items). Most recently they've added new personalization features which are in demand right now. We created the #39sack collection for CFL Star Charleston Hughes and launched our Shopify store with another POD company, which wasn't a fit. After researching other options we came across teelaunch, after installing the app in our Shopify store we were able to customize our merchandise, after running into some issues with shipping setup, we contacted Christopher, who not only explained what wasn't working on our end, but was able to get us set up for our US customers within minutes.
