i use this app to print my designs on your different products. I do wish that you all had crop tops, socks, and bodysuits a little more products with your apparel section. Other then that everything is good.

I'm building a new store using their cool new Print-On-Demand Personalized products. They already have some awesome personalization options and I'm hoping to really leverage the creative element that the new personalization feature brings and turning it into a lot of sales. The app is fluidly integrated with Skopify, thecustomer service, responsiveness and helpful nature of the Teelaunch team has been excellent. Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL of my sneaker orders had printing errors and DID NOT have my Logo. They refused to refund or correct and re-send to my customers.

Thank you to Chris, the founder at teelaunch, I had a difficult time setting up my store with teelaunch and Etsy, the integration did not go smoothly. Chris and his team really stepped in, he personally walked me through the issues and trouble shoot to make sure all is working as it should. Chris, thank you! They have a few descent products but their customer service is lacking. With that said, they do respond quickly during normal business hours. The customer service agent Dave Alpers was rude, condescending and ignorant. Rather than take constructive criticism about how their app doesn't show the products I created and imported to my store, they say you can see it in Shopify by looking under all products and searching for the word teelaunch which is what the vendor will be listed as. Although that is true and as they said "it's basically the same thing" being basically the same is not the same. They still don't have a section showing the products you've imported into your store. That is not user friendly or good for business. Every other dropshipping app that I have been using and I use about a dozen lists the products of theirs that have been imported into our store. Poor manners from customer service and their less than average overall product offering knocks them down to three stars. Do keep in mind that they have a YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRGszI7ZL-IYQ2dylXJQPvg) where they post videos that you can use to embed in your product descriptions for some (not all) products. If their customer service gets better, and my orders are produced and shipped in a timely fashion, then I will change my review to four stars. If not, then I won't. UPDATE: Shortly after leaving this review, the owner "Chris" called me to apologize for David's poor customer service and said he didn't mean to be rude or condescending. I don' really think that is true because he seemed pretty purposeful in his response to be that way to me. However, the call from the owner made me update their review to three stars from the original two-star rating. There is still room for improvement and I am weary of order fulfillment based on others reviews...wait and see game now... Still no list of products imported. :(

I am a business owner that not only produces many of the dynamic custom products we offer and sale, but also collaborates with other manufacturers to compliment and round out our entire eCommerce store. My perspective is different because I am more versed in managing complex production processes versus selling products online. So, let me be clear...there are SO many constraints in making physical products and getting them to customers on-time. WHY I appreciate Teelaunch and their services is because no one can be perfect in manufacturing. It’s impossible. So instead of criticizing, I understand what is more important than building unrealistic expectations around delivery for products I sell, but don’t produce myself is this...Does the company I want to collaborate with minimize my risk by creating technology and partnerships that always try to do the right thing and a good job? Is Teelaunch perfect? No. Do they have a vision, leadership and a staff dedicated to the prospects of performing as much as constraints allow? THEY DO. In my experience 90% on-time is good. Teelaunch is much better than that. Thanks for helping my business grow.

I've been impressed with the service Teelaunch has provided as well as the selection of available products. I love the quality of their mockups created in the app, as I don't have a big team and mockups are super important but can be a pain to create from scratch. Customer support has been very responsive. 2 big thumbs up!

They took 24 days to get the product to my customer which made my business look bad. I had to refund the product to the customer, but received no compensation from them, no apology, and when I checked in with them (daily) they were very rude and defensive. One response I got was this: "It has only been 11 business days". If you're looking to keep a good reputation for your business I would STRONGLY recommend not using this app.

They can't even get sample orders right... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY. Terrible customer service. Dave (owner and customer service rep) has proven himself incompetent and unprofessional. Here's what happened: I placed my first sample order on teelaunch app and received an email saying it was not being fulfilled. So I cancelled the order. Then I asked DAVE and followed his instructions for placing another sample order. I got the same error email saying the order is not being fulfilled, AND the sample discount was not applied for the second order. NOW both orders are in production, none were cancelled and I was charged for both cancelled orders! Haven't heard back from Teelaunch or Dave since. Bunch of amateur thieves. Or maybe it's just Dave by himself? Either way, Teelaunch won't last long in this economy. Good bye Teelaunch! HAHA!
