Easy to use and quick support for code install. Recommend going premium as the extra functions are worth it and do increase conversion.

I asked the support team if I could find out the font used on their sales motivator slider as I needed it to match my existing welcome header bar. They not only provided me with the name of the font but volunteered to help change the font to match my theme. The support team was extremely helpful and they even helped me reinstall the app to ensure it works smoothly. Thank you so much support team! Please keep up the great work!

This app is simple to use. Simple to create goals / deals and very clean looking. It provides incentive for customers to reach a threshold to receive that "free gift" or the "Free S/H" Simply... simple! =]

Excellent. Very simple to use once installed. Needs a custom install, I used the option to have the team do it for me for $10 which was quick and straight forward.

We just downloaded to offer a free lanyard for orders over $50. The team installed the code and we easily set up the goals. We had some issues with cart functionality, but Alan was able to dive in very quickly and correct the code to make sure everything was functioning as it should. So far so good!

I am pretty good at understanding code so I didn't have any problem installing the app and getting all the features out of it. I have been able to increase my order value using Sales Motivator. The app does everything it says it do and support via live chat and email are amazing!!! I did have one issue however, when someone wen to my store and created a cart and the free item was added and then left, when they came back to that cart and added more product it was adding another free product. Navjot was very responsive and went in an edited my code and added a condition for me so this never happens again and customer don't get more than what they were supposed to on their free product. I highly recommend this app. I also have product upsell, and product discount

Amazing customer support from Carter. Whenever I have had an issue there has been fast and reliable service. On top of that our sales have increased so much and our average order quantity has gone up! Super happy with this app and would recommend to friends using Shopify.

Great support. I had a little problem with the code on my them that made the app had a little problem. Their team fixed it in a few minutes.

What a great app! Needed to add a free gift to Black Friday sale and not only did the app work exactly as promised, the support staff got the add-on up and running in one day (thanks, David and Anton!!!). Definitely gonna check out the other Bold apps...

Can't say enough good things about the support of this company. Super responsive, friendly and helpful. I've downloaded 4 of their apps in the last 48 hours specifically because of how good their support and tech teams are. A good app is nothing without a strong team behind it.

A good app that could be better. A little clunky in terms of user experience but does the job. Dan was very helpful in correcting our code to make sure customers can't order more than 1 free product from a goal. Would love to see a preview or test mode added to the app as the only way to see if it's working is to go live with it... not ideal. Also, would like the ability to have more than one free item for a customer to choose from.
