It's a really helpful app to add a free gift for our customers to the basket automatically. Also, Brendin and Danni were extremely helpful in getting us set up with the app. Thank you both!

Easily the #1 app you need on your store. Desktop and responsive. Facilitates conversion on anything you're driving in your funnel. Super easy to implement too .... and super easy to change on the fly.

I needed a good way to give my customers free shipping over a certain amount and communicate that in a way that did not detract from the site. I also wanted to push upsells by showing them how far away from free shipping they were. The Motivator app not only did that, but I have also used it as a way to show specials or to let customers know when shipping times are extended because of heavy orders or vacations etc.

Awesome app!! Really does help get more sales since a lot of people don't know you offer free shipping once they get to a certain amount, specially if you have different shipping prices for different countries!! Highly recommended!

This is a great app that has a robust functionality. There were a few customization challenges we had getting it set up exactly the way that we wanted it to show on our site but they were all able to be dealt with very quickly and easily. We contacted Bold Support and Brendin, who is EXTREMELY helpful, smart and courteous sprung into action and got his team to perform some additional dev to make things work to our exact needs. Highly recommend it for the support alone! But the app works great too ;)

Yes The Motivator is probably a great app BUT: 1. In the video they promise that "You can customize everything". That is not true. Our store is Bulgarian, the symbols are Cyrillic but the app displays “???” instead the correct symbols. When we asked the developer to help us with this issue (you know that a lot of developers can easy solve such problems) the answer was: “Our applications out of the box wont support Cyrillic, however they do support unicode https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyrillic_script_in_Unicode, the work around at the moment would be to use the unicode characters or have your customers use chrome with the translate extension.” 2. In the video they promise “No liquid or HTML”. That is not true. You have to pay $10 even at the beginning of the free trial period for settings in the Liquid and HTML. So in our case we paid $10 at the first day of our free trial and then realize that we are receiving nothing. We are very disappointed, good luck for all that works with English alphabet.

Server reliability seems to be an issue with this app. We are in the middle of a promotion, and the app has stopped working for nearly 24 hours.

This is a great little app that every Shopify store owner should consider owning. We are already seeing approximately a 20% boost in our average cart size. We especially like the premium version as it lets us target our promotions to specific geographic locations. Finally, their customer service and support is extremely good. We also use Bold's Quantity Break app with equal satisfaction.

Great app - love the ability to customize, quickly and easily, to reflect needs of our business. Haven't used the premium features yet, but they seem to offer some creative incentives to motivate customers to buy more!

This app has worked really well already to increase the spend per order from our customers to reach the free delivery goal. It makes it clear to customers what their goal is and was ready and set up on the website within minutes. Plus, it uses the shopify currency which is perfect as well sell all over Europe and can target the motivator to certain countries! Excellent application!
