Great app for updating your theme and fantastic customer service from OOTS. Our website has a bit of custom coding, so I was nervous about tackling the update myself as I am not a developer. However, it all went incredibly smoothly, and now we are up to date. I had a couple of questions just the update process, and the customer support team was right there to help answer my questions and put my mind at ease. Also, the customization tracker that shows what changes have been made to the code vs the original is a hugely helpful tool. Thanks Out of the Sandbox team.

Out of the Sandbox, specifically their Turbo theme, is key to our website success. The feature set is amazing, but honestly time consuming on the initial set up. Thankfully, the theme updater app was created and has taken our site maintenance struggles away. Now, when Turbo or Shopify releases updates, it's a simple matter of checking this app, clicking a couple buttons, and we are up with the latest styles and technology. There is only one app in our stable that requires hands on help fixing, but that developer is also quick to respond. This app pays for itself in time savings, without a doubt.

I have the Flex theme on my shop, and I recently installed the Theme Updater app just to try it. I went from Flex v3 to v5 with almost no issues at all. There was one thing I had to contact OOTS customer support about, and they were able to fix it within the day. I also have some customizations on my Shopify website and they still work 100% even after updating. All in all I'm impressed with this app. I like the idea of having the latest and greatest theme live on my store.

Initially, I encountered some issues while upgrading my account, but after reaching out to support, the resolution came swiftly within a few days. The finally got it together. I tried to update FLEX from 3.1 to 3.5 then 4.5 and there was just too much that did not transfer and I had to rebuild the home page. But the update to 5.01 was great. Only took a few hours and a couple of times contacting support to get all the customizations made. Good Job OOTSB.

I can't say enough about the Theme Updater and Out of the Sandbox in general. Their products are great. I have had Turbo for 8 years now and they are still updating it to keep it current. It looks great too, and they've made customizations easy. The Developers are quick to fix and help with any issues. I mean, what more do you want? I am so glad I went with Out of the Sandbox and the Theme Updater is extremely helpful!

We use the Theme Updater App to regularly update our Archetype Motion theme. Even though we have a couple of Apps installed and some manually added code, the App does a great job. We did run into an issue once, but Cory and the support team jumped in and solved it in no time. We can highly recommend the App and the support team.

We have used this app since its release. Be aware of that many 3rd Party Themes does not offer Automatic Theme Updates. You need then to download the newest theme, and do all the customization once again (this can take much time / have a high cost). However, the themes from Out of the Sandbox offers a Automatic Theme Updater. That is a huge advantage. We have a website with many 3rd party apps, and a 3rd party Theme Editor. When using this, all changes we have made are included into the new updated version. If some code will not be transferred, we are notified of that in the app. Please note their app have two price points, one with support within 3 days, and one with priority support. In my opinion the cost of both the plans are easy to justify, if you run a business with revenue. We have updated the Turbo-Portland theme from Shopify to the new Shopify 2.0 theme with no problems, using Theme Updater Plus. If we need help, the support from Out of the Sandbox has allways been great. We had a serious problem with a 3rd party app that was not compatible with the theme. We was sent in all direction, everyone pointing towards another. Out of the Sandbox stepped up, gave us clear instruction, and solved the problem for us, although the error was with another app. Conclusion: We are happy with both the products and support offered by Out of the Sandbox, and a big thanks to Euwi!
