Tidio is a great application for those who want a more robust chat widget. I think businesses will really enjoy the easy navigation as well!

I have found Tidio to be a great AI chatbot. There is a low learning curve for creating or altering chats. When I received an email about a potential issue, customer and tech support reached out, explained the possible issue, and did a quick fix to set things straight.
