The app does exactly what is says it does. Plug and play - it's easy the configuration is very self-intuitive. The design is clean and looks good online unlike other apps.

The chatbot saves us A BUNCH of time. We have cut our customer support load in half. Also the integration to see order status and delivery information is amazing.

Installed tidio for the second time. Its much easier to use now. First time it was 5 years ago. I need help to add products on AI but the name of the products are in portuguese, so im not sure if tido AI can answer questions in portuguese about the products I have on shopify.
