Great product, In just a few days it has helped us communicate with our customers online a provide piece of mind to them which has resulted in greater sales. We are delighted with how easy it us to work and how well it runs.

This is the perfect Live Chat app I had been looking. The fact that there is a mobile app is just brilliant. We can respond quickly and easily to our customers and visitors. The support is also really great. Matt was really quick with his responses for my queries. Love it!

We just started using it (free version so far) but find it easy to use and the support is very helpful. I like the way the Chat feature floats in the lower right corner of our website window...and stays there no matter if the customer scrolls up or down. Nice app!

Easy installation and professional look. Tidio support is excellent and prompt to help. Recommended for those shops where customers might need an extra hand before deciding on a product.

Just getting started, but seems like a great app. Modern design, easy to use and flexible. Also, the iPhone app that goes with it seems really good.

Seems like a great product (I've only began to use it, so will update this comment if things s=change as I use it more and more!), and the support staff are very helpful:-) www.balingtapedirect.com UPDATE 12 AUG 2016. I have found this App to be gr8. and already I am earning more sales because of communication via the app from customer who want to know more before making a purchase. Its Gr8:-) Also I need some help and contacted the support team, and I have to say the response was fast and very helpful. 10 outta 10.

Just switched to Tidio from Zopim and I am very happy so far, much less glitchy and looks great!
