Amazing app! Really easy to setup and very intuitive. I was able to chat (of course!) with Tidio and they were able to answer my questions and guide me in the right direction with further customizations I wanted. Highly recommend it.

had a little issue (totally my fault) contacted their customer service 'of course through their chat option' they me sorted in seconds brilliant 5 star service lets hope i can now do the same through my own site Thanks

Great app. Simple to install and use. Has already secured two orders for me. One of them a huge deal. I especially like that you can have this on your phone. I won't miss an opportunity to chat with a potential customer and secure their business.
