We run an online bookstore specialised in English prep-tests in Japan. Live chat is not yet still popular in Japan. However, we have received very positive feedbacks from users so far who have interacted with us via the live chat that is offered by Tidio team. Since our user base is mainly Japanese, supporting Japanese language is a very crucial aspect for us to choose a live chat solution and Tidio is proven to be a great option to support Japanese language. Our experience with Tidio has been very successful one and we really appreciate Tidio for their platform and great supports.

Very impressed that I received a chat just 5 minutes after install and turn a "on the verge" unhappy customer, into a happy one with just a couple of pieces of info about their order.

I'm super excited to use this chat app. When I was setting it up I pinged the help desk and they were very helpful and fast to respond to help me sort through the app. I've downloaded the desktop app as well and am really looking forward to helping my customers more efficiently!

Extremely amazing support, you will be so impressed, they are always there to help. The staff answers all your questions quickly, helping you set up stuff, so it's not hard even for a low tech person like me.

Tidio has been the best chat app that I've used in a long time, and I think I've tried them all! Their support is great for getting things started and the widget is highly customizable. I highly recommend Tidio to anyone in need of a chat app.

We have a gift card exchange and have been able to gain the trust of many more visitors by being able to respond live to their questions, resulting in more (larger) sales. We suspect even de possibility of performing a live chat increased trust and conversion rate. The software itself is intuitive and easy to use. We like the possibility to hand over conversations to another operator, the standard "quick responses" and the integrations (chrome, desktop).

We love Tidio Chat!! It is a great tool to help us help customers as they are browsing our site. Sometimes people have questions about the sizing of kids clothes, this a perfect way to get them an answer right away.

I just started with the trial and find the app very easy to understand and manage. I am excited by the opportunity to personally connect with our customers and help them through their purchase. Tidio Chat makes this easy. Customer support so far has been great as well. I highly recommend this app!
