We've been using Tidio for years. It's a must have to build customer confidence. Adding Lyro has been amazing. It does a better job than we do when answering questions. We love it.

I got the app as it was recommended to me, specifically the AI Live Chat, Lyro. I am enjoying working with the app, as it is easy to use and reduces the time spent responding to customers. Very easy to get set up and use. We use live chat with Lyro and flows. Lyro is very helpful with answering shopper questions and it keeps getting better the more information it learns. Very helpful for a small business with limited staff.
