日本語に対応していて、使い方を覚えればそれほど難しくなく設定出来ました。予約注文、再入荷通知など上手く使いこなせれば売上の維持に貢献できると思います。 カートが動かないなどトラブルがあった際も、チャットからの問い合わせで素早く対応してくれたのでこれからも安心して使うことが出来ます。 英語が出来なくてもgoogle翻訳で十分に会話出来ます。 これからも良い機能のリリースを期待しています。

Great app for setting up pre-orders. Through their excellent and fast customer service, we managed to get a pre-order solution up and running within minutes, and even got their assistance doing so in a country where shopify payments weren't available (a limiting factor in shopify). So far the only pre-order app solution we could find that did this quickly and affordably.

The customer representative was Michelle. She walk me through all functionalities Timesact Pre-order function as well as configurations. She was well introduced all those and took my concerns sincerely. I would say 100/10 customer service !
