I reached out to their chat support for an issue with my pre-order products and within a minute I was able to talk to someone and resolve my issue. Very easy fix and they provided screenshots on what to do. Very reassuring. Thank you!

Easy to use, very useful to get in touch with potential customers or returning customers. Support team is very professional: I had some issues with the integration with Pagefly, but they solve it quickly.

I'm still working on my website and Jojo from the support team was very helpful by immediately joining me on a video call during the setup process, giving me suggestions on the basic scenario to implement to get the best performance.

Could not recommend this app enough if you're looking for a pre-order solution. We were using another app and it was no where near as good as this and they helped up set up a pre-order on an incredible time crunch. The customer service is impeccable (shout out to our hero Jolo, and the CTO Robert) who have been an incredible resource. 10/10!
