I tested several apps, and this was the only one that met all my criteria. The app has its own excellent product management system for Restock Alerts, Pre-Orders, and Coming Soon items, making it very easy to manage these functionalities. Initially, there were two features not working due to my theme, but I reached out to support (special thanks to Robert, who is the CTO). He provided flawless assistance and fixed all my problems within minutes. We also had a quick chat via google meet and i can confirm he knows his shit :) I highly recommend this app & team, if you are looking for a reliable well-featured pre-order app.

This app gives me exactly what I need. Love the features and setup. Excellent customer service. I had a little trouble at one point in the setup setting with one of the features and I reached out to the support team for help, and they were able to fix my issue and got everything running smoothly so quickly. Definitely recommend.

Works well and has plenty of customer notifications which is helpful in heading off customer inquiries.

The app had a decisive advantage for us If you have different delivery times for products or manufacturers when pre-ordering, you can map this perfectly. We were able to set everything up very well, but then had a problem with the online display. We contacted the support team by email today and they helped us immediately and solved the problem within a day. The response was so fast and professional that we are delighted. We recommend this app without reservation.

Amazing customer service. What a difference it makes to be able to speak to someone when setting up an unfamiliar app. It takes so much of the stress out of the process. Really recommend!

I am impressed with the functionality of the app. It combines pre-order & notification of back-in-stock functionality, saving the cost of two apps. Jolo from their support team was super helpful and offered to jump on a call to help with setup, which was very useful.

Die App und der Support sind Gold wert! Da wir unsere Produkte (Lebensmittel) importieren, und die Haltbarkeit vergleichsweise kurz ist, ist die Pre-Order-Funktion für uns enorm wichtig. Dies erspart uns Verluste durch ein abgelaufenes Verfallsdatum. Supportanfragen werden nicht nur unmittelbar beantwortet, sondern Fehler auch direkt durch den Support behoben. Gerade wenn man nicht Spezialist im IT-Bereich ist, erspart dies Mühe, Zeit und Kosten.
